Andre, the desk clerk, was fantastic! He greeted us each evening when we returned and asked how our day went. I also was not feeling well for several days and he always inquired about my health. He is a true asset to the company!

I really liked the extended hours for the pool and the Fitness Center. I was chaperoning a High School trip to Williamsburg and my students were able to swim after we finished our night time activities and I was able to wake up early for a swim while everyone else were still asleep.

The room was rundown. The bathroom had drip marks down the walls and needed to be scrubbed. The shower grout was moldy. There was no nonslip grip on the shower floor. The main room was small. The main issue was the smell - it smelled like dog and the carpet had huge marks on it and desperately needed to be steam cleaned. We appreciate that it was dog friendly, but still expect it to be clean and we do ensure our dog is fully potty trained and not left alone too long. It seems not everyone does, but the carpet was just gross and the smell was very gross.
