“Very very nice”

Great for families. Only drawback, no place on site to have breakfast just the market store by reception but otherwise great. Close to Williamsburgh attractions, College of William and Mary. Nicest place around with beautiful grounds. Will return with family.

“Check this one out for a great W'burg stay!”

Excellent room and rate. We are frequent Williamsburg visitors and have recently found that you can find excellent deals on resort rooms (over hotel/motel), especially during what might be termed "off-season" (though we have been told that no season at Williamsburg is off peak, per se). The check-in was terrific (and without the usual "would you have time for a time-share preview" that is often part of the welcome) and the room was absolutely wonderful - great bedding and a mini-kitchen. The only slight matter that may be a concern for some is that the resort is located a littel off the beaten path - that is not to say it is in the boondocks, but it is not in the heart of Williamsburg (a 5-7 minute drive to the main areas). I am not sure that the rates or availabilty would be the same during the summer, but it is worth checking out before you travel. We will do so before our next visit (by the way, we booked this room 2 nights before we arrived - no problem).

“Exceptional stay for a good price!”

We were looking for something decent, not the run-of-the-mill hotel, for a good price, and were very pleased with accomodations. Thank you.

“Our new family spot for vacation”

The toal experience was great. The condo was in a great setting, easy to get to very clean and the staff was awesome. They had so much to do just at the resort. We have made it are new family vacation spot. Would highly recommend.

“Golf and more for a relaxing stay”

Good for families and for people on business I would not hesitate to recommend this as a country club retreat. The resort could do with a few more recreation activities off-season though.

“Very nice but not cheap”

Enjoyed this hotel very much, but we didn't take much advantage of the factilites when we where there and explored the historic sights, so probably didn't get our moneys worth. The hotel was very nice, but not cheap.

“Beautiful property”

This property has it all. I would definetely go back. Beautiful grounds. Beds were very comfortable. We only stayed one night but we will return to stay at this property.

“A wonderful experience”

The hotel room was wonderful - the bed was the most comfortable room we have ever slept in. We would stay there again for sure. The housekeeping in the "common" areas could have been better, there were things on the floor for the whole week we were there which meant the floors had not been vacuumed but that was a minor problem.

“Did not get to see it all”

Hotel service was excellent, with prompt and friendly check-in. I arrived at night and left early in the morning (check-out was at 10am), so I did not get to fully explore the grounds, which were expansive. The Manor Club is a time share "resort," with many low rise buildings set amongst wooded grounds and several pools. The room was some distance from the reception area to the room. The room was what you would expect from Marriot- clean, quiet, tasteful, but not over the top.
