Just had to call down to the front desk as I think are rooms are located in between a bunch of kids in a class trip. Honestly shouldn’t they keep a school trip on a separate floor??

Booked a hotel room in the wrong city called them and they would not work with me at all so they were going to bill me anyways. Very unfriendly very hard to work with.

Cleanliness was lacking. The toilet was clogged and it was full. The other areas of the room had appearances of use without being cleaned. I told the front desk and they moved the room. There were similar signs of lacking cleaning details. I didn’t even stay in the room. No one offered to make it right.

The doors slam when they are closed, so that is a lot of noise when you are sleep.
