“I was impressed!”

Stayed 9/2009. This was a great experience. We usually stay at high end hotels but this was a quick weekend trip so we went inexpensive. The pics of this place dont do it justice. This small place is very cute in person and well maintained. Very clean and quiet, and enjoyuable to be there. AC was great, and the people were very friendly. Even a nice pool, although unheated and cold in September. Will absolutly stay here again.

“Great location, great deal.”

We had a wonderful three day stay in a very clean, though dated, hotel. The breakfasts were toast or cereal and juice, etc. and that was fine. The management was friendly, and the location is great. What more can one expect for such a bargain?

“Would definitely stay again”

We arrived very late, but all we had to do was ring the bell and we were promptly checked in, fabulous after such a long drive. Our room was very clean and had a decent size television as well as a mini fridge, coffee maker and a microwave which was a nice surprise. We were within just a few minutes drive to the main attractions we came to see: Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. The area was very quiet and there was a wooded area next door to the hotel adding to that sense of peacefulness. We will definitely stay there again on a return visit. This hotel was a real bargain and the continental breakfast was great, too!

“Convenient location for the price”

The price was good. The location and parking were excellent. This is an older motel with the basic amenities. The continental breakfast was served in a breakfast room. There are several traditional breakfast restaurants nearby. The interstate 64 and Colonial Williamsburg were an easy drive to and from the motel.

“Would for sure return”

The motel for the price was the best, great location, we came to see Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens, was close to all the attraction, and very convient to shops and resturants as well, Room was very well kept, and made up every day when we got back from our running around.

This was a great deal. The hotel was close by eveything and roomservice was great. I would stay there again if we go back.

The front desk person, was really nice. If your looking some where close to Busch Garden. This would be the spot to stay at. They a small pool that goes up to 5 ft only. i could say, that was flaws but the area was great.

“Comfortable hotel, great location”

Hotel has good appearance inside and out and is in a great location for easy walking access to the historic centre of Williamsburg in a quiet and pleasant location. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast selection OK, but not as varied as some motels. The Econo Lodge was excellent value as a stop off to visit the historic area, although the 'low key' staffing gave a feeling of lack of atmosphere.
