The hotel interior is solid and shiny, it was also not crowded due to the current covid situation, so we were able to enjoy the empty space.
Unfortunately, there we have noted several issues that are not compatible with the star-ranking of the hotel:
1) our (superior) room was shabby and used, sofa had dirt and damages
2) some towels were with the traces of dirt
3) we only had one set of towels for 2 adults and 1 child in the room. Of course after going to reception and telling this we were given with the missing ones, but...
3) they provide 4 Nespresso capsules as a welcome gesture, but 1 of the capsules in the box was used already - how is this even possible?
4) we found some left-overs from the previous guests, e.g. plastic bottle caps under the table
5) both soap dispensers were empty, I cannot understand how this is possible, luckily we had our own sanitary stuff - had no power to go and complain again
6) Prior to arrival I have asked for a baby bed in the special requests - this was not provided either.
7) dinner menu is super trimmed - Caesar salad, or burger, or schnitzel - that's it. Not a level of a 5-star hotel restaurant.
Overall, we were able to rest, but I would rather choose another hotel next time.
