“Had a bad experience”

The room was fine. Certainly nicer than most in Europe. The location was a major plus. Great shisha bar right across the street, was able to walk everywhere. Great french bakery a block away. Ok, so why did I rate this place so low? They tried to make me pay for parking for the week twice, they charged me for the hotel room after I payed for it on Expedia and then they charged me a few hundred dollars on my card for no reason. But this was a major headache for me. Obviously that was a staff issue and because of that, I doubt I would stay there again. Also, the heated pool is pretty chilly. Had to call the staff to turn on the sauna since they didn't keep it going during their open hours. So there are some issues.
