I like the location. Did not like that we checked in at 3:20, just to have to wait almost a whole hour so they could finish cleaning our room! We wanted to enjoy the swimming pool and hot tub but couldn’t being that unattended children were jumping in and out of the hot tub. Wife and were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. Made our evening start very disappointing. We had some issues in our room as well.

The only hotel that when you show up to pay the price that you found online then they suprise you with a 100 deposit fee thay is refundable. But it's just incase you break anything. Unhappy with the facilty payed for two queen beds had full sizes instead. I would add photos of the hotel room if i could the balcony railing wasnt attached to the wall . The only plus side they had was just the swiming area other than that would not recommend at all.

My bed sheets had stains on them, There was no hot water, One elevator is broken and the other one is barely working, Night employees question me and my guests because we had 2 blankets and ask for 3.

It was a decent stay. Though I had hoped for the price we would have had a working hair dryer and the ceiling not crumbling above us. Pool was nice though. Except for at 3AM when people were swimming and being loud.

Parking can be problematic, but I knew that as I have previously stayed at this hotel. Also, we've previously stayed in a poolside room here. The experience was much better last time. There was loud music and loud people at the pool for hours last night until 10:30, when it closed. They started the loud music again before 9:30am today. I don't recommend poolside rooms if you have young childreno or children sensitive to loud noise. The noise was reported multiple times last night. If you don't address issues like this, it could get out of control. Please do better.

The property is not upkept compare to when i stayed there a few years ago. The towels were dirty, the hot tub was dirty, and we didn't even know until the bubbles went off and saw it grey then we went to take a shower cause of it the water wasn't even hot. Other then that staff is friendly and polite. We reserved a king size and someone gave our room away and they apologize a million times which wasnt a big deal.

We loved the pool, fountain, fitness room, hot tub, and sauna! We used all your facilities. And our room was clean. We kept hearing loud banging noises all night though, and I only got a few hours of interrupted sleep. Please find out what is making that loud noise!

I love this property and have since it was the Ramada. I often do staycations and come relax. The only issue I have is the motel next door is full of hoodlums and lots of bad. I also miss the restaurant upstairs or at least the breakfast. And I wish they offered long term stays like an extended stay because I’d definitely book. Hell I’d work there just to sleep there. I’m always so relaxed and I can even bring my niece to swim because it’s indoors.

We have stayed here before. This is now a weekly rate hotel, which at times did not feel safe at times with people hovering around the doors to the building. Love the location, close to mall and great food.

Worst experience ever. Place smells of cigarette smoke, doors do t close properly, remote not working, AND the biggest thing NO Water! Hotels.com helped us find a different place.

There was no lid on the back of toilet. Toilet paper roll was broke and towel bar bent. We had to pick up microwave and move to opposite side of room due to blowing a fuse that in itself is a safety issue with to much attached to one circuit. Hot tub was nice until realizing all the dirt that floats around one the bubbles start. Facility looked nothing like the pictures very disappointed.

We left around 10pm due to very uncomfortable beds, the pull out couch was filled with hard springs. The king bed had a dip in it. There was loud music coming from down the hallway which seemed to be a party. The heater in our adjoining room was broken and the room was cold. The facility was worn down and needs cosmetic maintenance. The pool however is amazing. Our kids had the best time in the pool. The sauna is broken.

Upon arrival, I was given a room that was already occupied. My key card worked and everything. The man had jusr gotten out of the shower! I was promptly given another room. The toilet didnt have the back lid on it and tge shower wall was all cracked. The lint and drit from the AC are was all over the wall and ceilling. The hot wateralso ended up going out. Was transfered to a 3rd room with hot water. Overall, awful experience and will not be returning.

Never again will I stay here
First the room key didn’t work. Then we get into the room and a picture frame had fallen off the wall before we got into the room. Glass was all over the floor. Checked into second room. The hallway smelled horrible bad of cigarette smoke. The person two doors down was having a loud party. The tv was not plugged in. The shower only had barely warm water. The bed was so uncomfortable.

I reserved a deluxe poolside rm.not what I got.what I got was a sm rm on the 2nd floor w/view of a corador wall.i called the desk with my dissatisfaction.she said they were full up and hung up.i never was notified that deluxe poolside rm was no available.this is unacceptable and just rude. Expedia was no help so they said in a text.

This property is very different. Half of the property looks condemned and the other looks fine. I had a 3rd floor room with windows that were filthy, which kind of didn't matter because the view was obscured by rooftop a/c compressors. As far as the room. It was just fine; clean and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and professional. The property is centrally located and convenient to downtown.
