“Very quiet hotel.”
I would stay again and believe it should be more than a 3 star hotel. The only thing I would recommend is that you offer a free continental breakfast.
“Very good Hotel will stay there my next visit.”
Have stayed at this hotel for the past 4 years. We go there for a bowling tournament and found it well located and very clean have enjoyed our visit there every year and will stay there again next year.

Food and food service in the hotel was limited in scope though it had good quality. Service was fair and the times were limited.

“Nice part of town”
THis hotel was located in a pretty nice area of town, seemed to be a decent value for the money, and had very freindly staff.

I would have to say that overall, I'm pretty pleased with my recent stay at Courtyard by Marriot. The hotel was in good shape, the room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed some of the additional ammenities as well. I was disappointed in the fact that there was an extremely limited variety of items for their "continental breakfast" (which consisted of some pastries, fruit, and coffee.) It's possible that I've taken this feature for granted but in my experience, most reputable hotels offer a decent variety of food items within their contental breakfasts and some are actually fairly extensive. Many of these items were available at the front desk, of course, for an additional charge. The only other disappointment for me was with the fitness facility and hottub. While I was pleased to have both available for use during my stay, I wasn't very impressed. The fitness facility offers an olyptical machine, treadmill, stair stepper, as well as some sort of "all in one" weight machine. I used the olyptical most nights and enjoyed the nice flatscreen tv in the workout room. However, the weight machine was old, didn't work very well, and I gave up on it in less than a minute. The hottub is in dire need of a tune-up (or something?...) The jets didn't really work and the water just kinda splashes all over in your face. Hopefully someone at the hotel reads this because I think with a little work and a few upgrades, the Courtyard by Marriot in E. WIchita could be a really great hotel.
“Great place to rest your head”
The hotel was clean and beautiful. The only problem is that I was given a handicap room (only thing left) and the Generator was loud and kept me up all night. Not a great room for business travelors. Suggest putting a muffler on the generator.

Rooms were great,but to charge for be able to reakfast buffet and not be able to take food to the room was an inconvenience

Our room was nice and open with very comfy beds! I wish the breakfast was complimentary, it wasn't worth the price. We plan on coming back our next trip to Wichita and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
