“nice surprise”

Since this was my first experience with expedia, I was nervous. I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel and the staff. The inside was much better than the ourside. The parking lot had a few holes. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator and microwave, but that is my only complaint.

“Will never return, Not impressed at all”

I purposely found a hotel that had a pool and a hot tub. We actually went out of our way to get to this hotel and the pool was cold and the hot tub was colder. I was furious. The hotel did nothing but offered to call maint., who would do what?? Didn't offer a discount, part of another stay nothing.
