“Great staff, clean room, and a comfortable bed.”

The hotel is right by the falls, make sure you take exit 1C or you will have to go back around. The staff was well trained and happy to accomodate us an hour early. The pool was clean, the room was clean, and most of all the bed was comfortable.

This was a great hotel that my family and dog and I enjoyed. It was very clean and had a nice restaurant in it. I will be staying here every time I return to Wichita Falls. ALSO!!! The pool is a salt water pool!!!!!

This hotel was very nice. It was a bit confusing as there was not sign telling the name of the hotle, I would have been very angry if I had not known where it was. I found out later that it is no longer called Holiday Inn, they are undergoing a name change to be Inn at the Falls. Nice staff, nice room.

The lobby was spacious, clean and attractive. The room was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of pillows... Bathroom was clean. The price was fair. The breakfast was excellent.

It was a pleasant and restful experience. Check in was fast and the desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.

“Fun and Family at the Falls”

I was impressed by the appearance, feel, and comfort of the hotel. I thought the price was a bargain for what we enjoyed. We visited with family so we did not expect entertainment at this venue, but the pool was nice and the ground floor offered many areas to visit with friends and family. More towels were needed in the pool area. The location is good because it is so close to the highway which easily gets a driver anywhere in the area quickly. At the same time being on the river across from the Falls gives a natural appeal and calming effect to the grounds. The smoking areas might need to be rearranged or ventilated differently because we noticed a pronounced cigarette odor on the lower level in common areas. This odor was never around our room just the common areas. Overall, a great place to stay if you are staying in Texoma.

“Disappointed”

Listing stated indoor pool and whirlpool. Also listed free shuttle service to airport. After check-in, found out pool/whirlpool was closed due to maintenance and there was no free shuttle service to the airport. I specifically chose this hotel for both of these items. Very disappointed, had I known, we would have gone somewhere else.
