“Nice area, nice hotel”

This area is a city within a city. Great area. Didnt have much time to sightsee but there is alot of shops and even has its own theatre. LOTS and lots of eateries!

“Would stay again in a heartbeat”

It was a great place to stay. Clean, quiet and comfortable. LOts of great places to eat very close by. Would stay again in a heartbeat and rcommend to anyone. The front desk girls were great and couldnt do enough for us. Even printed our boarding passes out to save us time at the airport,

“Lovely hotel and location”

I found the hotel to be very comfortable, clean, and well located with shops, eateries, and a bank nearby. The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful and polite. It was easy to get to the different sites I wanted to visit. If I ever have plans to be in LA again, I will consider this hotel before any others.

“Perfect rates and close enought to LA”

My second time there, it has been great. I don't understand the negatives reviews. It is always clean comfortable and is better than a 3 star hotel. If is not center LA but close enough. I think it's perfect, their rates are great too!

“Friendly, clean and excellent maid service at Radisson”

Our stay at Whittier Radisson was excellent. Just for information, hotel parking is meant for compact cars only, but there is a parking garage next to the hotel. As for the TV in the room there were only 8 channels available. Good enough for adults, maybe, but not for the kids on travel. The maid service was exemplary. The hotel staff was friendly and every request we made from the front desk was met without hesitation. Our grandchildren spent the night with us and the hotel sent two style of cribs to the room for our choosing. Breakfast fare at the hotel restaurant was excellent and service was very attentitive. It was a short walk to shops and restaurants and just a short drive to any of the major highways. Less than a half an hour from LAX.

“Pleasent experience for first time vacationers”

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful from check in to check out. Maids kept room in tip top condition. All personal belongings were untouched; as i felt safe leaving things in the room. Quiet neighborhood, never felt in any danger. Great price for such great service! Definetly made my first cross country vacation a smooth one!

“Great location!”

This hotel is located within a block of "Whittier Village"--lots of neat stores and cafes, coffee shops. We enjoyed walking along the "downtown" with its street flanked with regally manicured trees. The hotel even offered free salsa dance lessons in the lounge one evening during our stay.

“Very nice, would stay there again!”

Hotel was visually appealing and the rooms were clean and comfy. There were 2 wedding parties staying at the hotel - not a problem. Had a band at night in the lounge - OK. But made it difficult to find parking when we returned to the hotel around 10 PM Homeless people were sleeping in the adjacent city common area.

“Can't wait to come back”

This is my favorite hotel to stay at during my visits to the Whittier area. The people are so nice and professional and the cleaning ladies do a great job. I like the room service and get to choose what time I want my breakfast. I do wish the internet use was free instead of having to pay for it. I enjoyed the gym work out facilities.
