“Nicely maintained hotel”

Staff at front desk were friendly. The room was clean & comfortable. The only problem was the heat. It was about 26C when I was visiting Whitehorse and the room was quite warm. It would have been nice to have screens on the windows as mosquitos can be problem in the summer. Other than that the hotel is well maintained and is conveniently located.

“Conspicuous Splash Splashing”

The shower curtain is wrong a guest should not have to worry about the water dipping onto the floor it was terrible I had to use the towels to soak up the water around the shower. The room was not hot to my liking the cable was antiquate. The room was clean and the staff was the best. Just consider the right size shower curtain it has to be the longer ones that fit inside the shower at the bottom quite fooling around they sell them in Whitehorse your hotel will last longer and the those below room 203 will never complain about the ceiling leaking. Glad you asked now look after your investment. Oh yah I never want to hear the bar people all afternoon up to 11:00 pm I would ask for a different room location next time. I was not going to say anything but you asked. Glenn
