“They made our wedding perfect”

I only wish that one could recieve customer sevice like we recieved from Francis at the Ocean Promenade. He was amazing and made our day as special as possible. words can not say how much we appreciated all his hard work to make things run so smoothly. all service was amazing and know we will be back

“The best hotel for the money”

This is the best hotel for the money that I have ever stayed in. The room is large and comfortable, boasting a large bath, modern kitchenette, and electric fireplace. The view of the ocean is superb. The staff has gone out of its way to make my stay a pleasure. I plan to return again and again.

“Good stay!”

We felt like a night away and chose this hotel . The location is great and good for walking ,beach time and fish and chips. The check in at the hotel was awesome. He did his gave us the room requested and we enjoyed it alot. We had the suite as we wanted a deck and king bed. Bed totally comfortable. I would say you would I would not want a standard room as they are small and the window looks onto the patios. But for a getaway it was great for us. We would definately go back.

“No Ocean View”

Since this hotel was listed as overlooking the water (ocean), we wish our room had been as well. We were stuck in the back with no view at all. We would have gladly taken an upgrade if it had been offered. Room was very small for the price we paid, and no services available.
