“Sprawling but Comfortable”
We stayed here while attending a recent family graduation. It is a very pleasant hotel, with nice rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent, including eggs made to your order. The only real down side is that it is really sprawling. The walk to our room almost worked off the breakfast! As for walking, the hotel is in a gorgeous setting, including a lovely trail through the woods. Nice stay.
“Enjoyable stay!”
The location was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the atmosphere in the lounge!. The food was terrific! The staff even printed out directions for us! Would definately reccomend!!!

A little hard to find as from the expressway exit the sign was dark and very hard to see. Once we looped around and figured it out , it was a cinch to find and conveniently located. The rooms are nice and ample, a bit of a walk but for the price you can't beat it. Pleasantly surprised with the balcony!
“Wonderful Stay”
I fully enjoyed my stay-all of the staff were extremely helpful. The food and drink were excellent. I wouldn't mind staying again.
“better than I expected”
I've learned not to expect updated hotels in this area or great service, but was surprised at both from this location. Two things that stand above others - I called down for a cab and received a car service, which is fantastic. It was reasonably priced as well. Second, the pool is typically closed for cleaning from 7 to 7:30 pm. I arrived just before 7. Not only is there a pool attendant, which is rare, but he kept it open so two of us could swim laps. This was a great service and having a pool attendant makes me feel safer while swimming away from home on business. Almost no hotels have pool attendants. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.
“Something for Everyone”
I arrived on a rainy Thursday evening. I went swimming. The pool was nice and warm. I loved the view of the outside from the pool. The hot tub was relaxing. I went to dinner at the hotel and there were even some options for me a vegan. The hotel was quiet. There was no crying baby next door at 1 AM...Would definitely stay there again.
“Excellent value”
This hotel is not far from the White Plains shopping malls which was the reason we decided to stay here. The hotel has ample parking and has easy access to/from the freeway. Our room was part of a large suite and was very quite and very spacious. I have never seen a 50" flat screen TV in a hotel room before this stay.
“Comfortable and convenient”
Best value and very comfortable room with a very quick drive from Upper West Side of Manhattan, it has taken longer to get through the Lincoln Tunnel to "cheap hotels" in Seacaucus, our stay was on New Year's Eve and then JFK in the morning.
“a gem in the woods”
we loved our stay...too short...will go back for a getaway weekend soon close to the clean and lovely city of white plains..and of course NY
