“Nice hotel right on White Mountain Highway in North Conway”

Owners were very nice. They provided us with extra towels right away when I mentioned we had 3 people in the room. They also cleaned up the room every day while we were gone. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

“Great place to stay in North Conway!”

My wife & I stayed for three days. The Colonial is located right in North Conway. The hotel is in the process of renovating their rooms and we had one that was just completed. All new bathroom renovation, fresh paint, the works! The room was wonderful. Jerry and his staff really made our stay very enjoyable. Definitely a great value! We plan to stay here again when we return to the White Mountains.

“Comfy and convenient”

The Colonial is situated within an easy walking distance of downtown North Conway. I was able to walk to the center and not fight the Rte 16 traffic in my car. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. The small air conditioner did a good job in cooling down the room - and it was really, really hot outside. The staff was courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay there again in the future!

“Most affordable comfort!”

The Colonial Motel was nicely located in the heart of North Conway. The hotel had very comfortable beds, good showers and a nice host.

“Another great weekend!!”

My wife, myself and our 2 daughters travelled to New Hampshire and stayed at the Old Colonial Hotel. It was not our first time staying at the same place. We were 100% satisfied (again) with our trip. Jerry and Michele make sure there guests are well treated and take the time to greet everyone, and make sure that everything is top notch!! Thanks for another great trip!!!

“Pleasant Stay”

I have stayed at this hotel couple of times and was very pleased during my most recent visit. The room we were in was located on the back of the hotel, which is more serene than the front, which faces the main road. The room was newly painted, had a nice bathroom, was sound proof and had a thermostat rather than one of those annoying loud heating units. The owners are extremely nice and accommodating. The location is in town, great for walking to the quaint shoppes, restaurants and the main park of North Conway. I prefer this type of family-run hotel to the multi-level national chains that are closer to the shopping malls. Overall a good value, I highly recommend Colonial Motel.

“Great place to stay!”

A great family run hotel. Simple and clean and very welcoming. The location is also great. You are very close to shopping, eating and mountain climbing!

“A bed and bath”

Owners run the motel. They are the staff. Very friendly, helpful. The room was clean, a little dated in upkeep, but in good shape. Refrigerator in room, no coffee or microwave. Coffee at the front desk. All in all an ok place for a bed and bath for the night, or several. I little pricey for the quality, but that's due to the area.

Great location friendly and helpful staff. Gave us great reommendations on local restaurants. Personal touches- baked cookies for the guests in the PM- and Smores! Close to attractions and shopping. Recommend.
