I had a very relaxing experience...the room was beautiful, the staff were friendly, nice view from my balcony, loved the gas fireplace, had a jacuzzi tub in my room. Kitchenette with 2 burner stovetop plus a microwave, full sized fridge. The room and hallways were very clean / neat / nicely decorated.

Perfect location for a weekend skiing at Attitash! You can walk to the slopes and you have everything in the flat to cook a good dinner. Perfect for 4 people.

Second time staying here. We can walk to the slopes or the river in minutes, full kitchen allows us to save money on eating, it is quiet. The staff is super friendly. When you stay, you are sharing the property with owners and visitors like us. My only complaint is just the human nature around that, owners are so unfriendly. But being from Long Island, we’re used to that whole avoiding eye contact thing. We’ll stay again and keep saying hello to everyone!

Our apartment this time was with dust , no curtains in 2 windows, hairs and lots dust in the bathroom Dust in the stove as well . It’s our 3rd time in the property in one year and this time was our bad apartment.

Right across the street from Attitash ski slopes, great amenities, very good restaurant, check in/out very easy, good pricing, friendly and helpful staff. Definitely coming back!

We have stayed here multiple times, enjoying the time we spent as a family. This time, we were provided a room off the main property (which is not what I booked), there was disgusting massive hair balls in the bath tub, silverware had food still on it, thermostat did not work, dryer was broken and overall stay was just plain disappointing.

Comfy and spacious.
We had a great time. The room is comfortable and lots of stuff near by to do. Had some trouble with the doors when we first got there because we didn’t realize we had to lift up on the handle instead of down. But after that we were good.

Location is a bit of a drive from North Conway but it is very quiet. Property is well worth the cost.

We were traveled up to white mountains to do some hiking and take the kids to Story Land. AMV is super close to Story Land as well as North Conway, Cranmore, and Kancamagus highway which was perfect for us. Our bed was not very comfortable, which was a bit of a disappointment, but the kids slept great on the pullout sofa. Everything was clean enough, and this worked out to be a great “home base” for all our acyivities

GREAT GREAT GREAT place to stay!!!!
This place is great! Nicole from front desk was very pleasant. Room clean and very sufficient. There was a very large table for eating and it made things kind of crampy with Murphy bed open. The fireplace glass was a cloudy white so visibility of the ambiance of flames was lost and the noise from the fireplace was EXTREMELY loud. Other than that it was an outstanding stay! Definitely will be staying there again!

Liked the area and the property hot tub outdoor and pool indoor. Staff was friendly. What we didn’t like loud people in the Gazebo area until 11:20 pm when quiet time is 10:00 pm til 8:00 am. Next time will ask for a less noisy side.

-Beautiful area to enjoy with the family. -strangers knocking on the door at 5 a.m., Police came at 7 a.m. to deal with a couple who disturbed the building all night. -Dirty outdoor pool, people drinking alcohol in the pool!!

Very dissatisfying wish I had left and gotten a refund. Studio was spacious but not thoroughly clean. The air conditioner had a layer of black mold inside. Bathroom had stained ceiling tiles. Mattress were stained and incredibly uncomfortable. Resort guests were loud and rude, could hear other people in building. When checking in there was an upset women screaming in the lobby about the condition of the room and staff threatening to call the cops. Nobody offered an apology or checked in with me after witnessing the situation. Cops were on property the day after to address a guest. Outdoor pool was disgusting filled with chunks of hair and bugs. “Kiddie pool” was not usable filled with dirt and tree debris. “Game room” was dark and dingy and building smelled musty. Claim that it is a smoke free resort but there is ash trays and smell of cigarettes outside. Again the best thing about the resort was close proximity to North Conway and story land if it wasn’t a busy weekend would have switched hotels.

Awesome place
This place was excellent for families. Very n ice kitchen with all you need to prepare meals. It was nice and quite with two pools and three hot tubs.. would definitely stay again and recommend to all family and friendx.

The concept of the property is great. Amazing amenities. Cute little restaurant. Spacious rooms. Front desk staff was very nice. Not the cleanest room and whatever you do DONT book a Murphy bed room ( wouldn’t even consider it a sleepable bed)
