“The hockey trip”
Two nights, late arrival both nights. Room was nice and clean. Pool was wet and open. Breakfast was nice, although there is not much room if the masses come at the same time.

This is our second time at this hotel. We really enjoy the friendly staff and the clean rooms. The pool was very cold. After we left I wrote a complaint and the hotel wrote a nice note saying they were having boiler problems that weekend and gave me a discount on my next stay. Very satisfied with the service.

This hotel was clean, quiet and well-maintained. The breakfast was better than average. Just off the interstate and easy travel distance to downtown Minneapolis.

Desk clerk was very helpful upon check-in. Room was excellent. Clean, comfortable and quiet, even though it was just off the interstate. Breakfast was above average and well-stocked. Very friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Twin Cities.

I was completely impressed with this hotel from the moment I walked in the door, and I am not easily impressed. The staff was exceptional and friendly, the rooms were good size and clean, the bathroom had privacy for the sink area, and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The breakfast each morning was great and the staff was wonderful in keeping everything full. I was the most impressed when coming home late on Saturday evening it was pouring; I let my elderly mother out of the car at the covered doorway; went to park the car and was thinking about how wet I was going to get when the front desk gal came out with an umbrella to escort me into the hotel. The rooms were well sound proofed and you could not hear the neighbors or upstairs occupants. I would definetely stay again if in the White Bear area!
