"Excellent all around"
The staff is extremely helpful. The Lodge has a shuttle to the Village that only takes 6-7 minutes and was available whenever we needed it. Great fireplace in the bedroom and the bar has TVs and a nice set-up. The lake is right there for walking around and the pool and spa are indoors. We didn't have a chance to try out the spa or exercise room, but I'm sure they'd be very well done.. It's a great change from the hustle of downtown Vancouver where we had stayed the previous 3 nights. We'd definitely stay here again!

"Nice hotel with a location that can't be beat"
The hotel is located in the Village, as well as close to the shuttle. The room was quite large with a spectacular view of the mountains. We would definitely stay here again, and recomment to friends.

"Boutique Hotel at the Lifts"
The Sundail is well run, modern hotel next to the Pan Pacific and the Blackcomb and Whistler gondolas. The rooms were clean and in a condition that is above average for Whistler village. The staff were thoughtful and accommodating (ie. Cleaned your room when you would like vs. imposing their schedule on you). If a repair was needed, the staff addressed it immediately. We had a one bedroom unit - the downside was the layout, it had an ackward living room but the bed and pullout bed were comfortable. The Sundial is a sound alternative to the Pan Pacific next door.

"Great rooms, great location"
The best hotel we stayed at on a 5 week, 14 hotel trip (2 adults, 1 three year old). Great for such a high quality hotel to have a full bathroom, a cheap guest laundry, kitchenette with microwave, toaster, crockery and good coffee. Also plenty of space in bar fridge/minibar for your own food and drink which is rare. We had heaps of space with 2 queens and fold out sofa double left open for the full stay. Easy access to main strip and lifts. Room was quite and the outdoor spa and pool was a godsend. Couldn't fault the hotel or staff, we will be back.
