“Great service.”
From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, they did a fantastic job. I'll be back.
“loved it”
everything was amazing
“Very Impressed Great Location in Whistler”
This was our second visit to Crytal Lodge in Whistler we had a great visit the room we had was a King Deluxe and was very clean and staff were very warm and friendly , got a call short time after check in to see if the room was ok and if we were enjoying our stay , that impressed me very much.. great location to the Village , Starbuck also within the lobby of hotel , We are planning on going back in February so overall great stay.. One draw back for us was the hotel restaurant ,, the ric's grill the breakfast was very overpriced for what you got and the food was cold , that does not reflect the hotel in any way..
“Great location”
We loved the convenience of being close to the Gondola and all the dining options. The hot tub is a little small to the size of the hotel and tend to be overcrowded. The staff is nice and friendly, The room we stayed has two queen size beds and there is not much space left to move around it.
“We have planed to return coming season to Whistler and to the Crystal Lodge”
It is a nice place to stay at least one week
“My pick for Whistler Village”
I have stayed at the Crystal Lodge a few times now and it never disappoints. The staff are friendly and helpful, parking is convenient, and rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable (maybe a little small... but it's Whistler remember). You can't beat the location and the pool and hot tub are a nice break after a day of exploring. Good value for sure!
“Comfortable and convenient”
We go to whistler 3 to 4 times a year and have tried about every type of accommodation possible. We are repeat guests at crystal lodge because of it's comfortable spacious jr suites at a good price point. Convenience to lifts and restaurants are a plus.
“Great Location, 5 minute walk to Whistler Gondola”
Perfect place to stay when you want to be close to Whistler Gondola and within walking distance of many good places to eat. Only bummer was that the hot tub wasn't working during our stay so we had to walk over to the Hilton to use their facilities. Still a great place to stay at a great price!!
“Will never stay at the Crystal Lodge again!!!”
If you're unfortunate enough to get RM# 314, don't even bother checking in... turn around, grab your bags and hope there's another vacancy at one of the other 60 hotels in Whistler.
“Impressed and will definitely go back again!”
We felt very welcome by the front desk assistant. The hotel is spacious and is very convenient to ski lift, shops and restaurants.
