Nice hotel in a great location for lots of different activities. Would definitely stay again. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were quite loose and coming away from the wall

we stayed here while diving with Dive Tutukaka - great location as just 3 mins walk to their offices. Room was large and clean. Only slight niggle was we could hear music every morning from about 6am - possibly from the Les Mills downstairs

The rooms were fabulous size, comfy beds even the pull out sofa bed was good. Great clean linen and air conditioning worked a treat. Maybe repaint the outside and it will match the inside as it is a top hotel!

The staff so nice the lady Shelby (not sure about spelling her name right) she is so nice, extremely polite also she makes a good recommendation about dinner. She also upgraded our room

From the beginning of our stay, the lady at the front desk was very polite and approachable. All staff were nice and accommodating. The room was clean and tidy. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thanks to all.

Tutukaka and surrounding areas is a beautiful place to visit. The room we had at the hotel was probably the nicest we have ever stayed in, both within NZ and on overseas travels. It was a decent size, very clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel.
