I really liked the pool, it wasn’t super cold like most pools are. The rooms were nice & cleanly. We enjoyed our stay. Staff was nice

I was greeted well and with the Saturday night staff, set us up quick and we were good to go. Problem came from zero tv service, kids running up and down the hall (playing hall hockey even) and in the morning when I went to check out and let the front desk know about the tv… no one was there after 4 rings. I just dropped the keys on the desk and walked away. Wasn’t impressed since it was very busy in the morning…

They informed us about the pool closure only after we had already paid for the night, despite being aware of the issue for at least a week. Although they reluctantly provided a reimbursement, it was evident that they were not pleased about it. Save yourself the trouble and make a quick call to verify before making a booking.

I have informed and setup an automatic sent out message to all our third party reservation website to notify all the guest right after the reservation, receiving this message will give the guests a chance to cancel the reservation without any cancelation charges. And also we have tried to call all the arrivals to notify about the pool. But still, there is no excuses about your experience. I would like to ask for a chance to make it up to you. Please reach out to our team to setup a plan how can we make it up.

Called ahead to inquire about breakfast. Advised we were driving half hour from Barrhead for pool for kids. When we checked in we’re not told anything about pool. Attempted to take kids down shortly after checkin only to see pool was shut down for maintenance. Called front desk and told it was closed for several weeks as they were waiting for parts. Asked why we weren’t advised ahead of time and told that they can’t tell each guest such thing? Really!? Carpet in hallway is bunched up badly. Just run down for a newish looking hotel. For $170 a night was expecting a whole lot more. Won’t be staying here again.

The room was great and quiet. The pool area was nice. The only issue was that the jacuzzi tub in the room kept pumping cold waterin through the jets. We had to keep draining water to refill with hot water to keep it warm.
