Room was located near the breakfast area so it was a bit loud earlier in the morning, but that is not really a fault of the hotel, just the fact that some rooms are close to that are and hotels are not designed that way as often now. Quick drive to the Triskett train station for easy access to downtown for NCAA basketball games (the reason for the stay)

Property is very dated. Temperature in room would not lower and room stayed very warm. At breakfast at group staying at hotel were loud and telling lewd stories. Thankfully no families at breakfast at that time.

I do apologize for the inconvenience of the temperature in the room. I will have maintenance check to make sure if it will need replaced. I'm so sorry about the group at breakfast, we cannot control what is discussed by other guests, but if brought to staff's attention we could intervene if there's a complaint.

The room was clean and the staff were very nice. This certainly wasn’t the nicest hotel I’ve ever been in, a little shabbiness in lobby and entrance but it was just fine for our needs and like I said, room was nice and clean! Thanks!

I was stuck in a handicap room right across from the elevator, just down from housekeeping. Very noisy! And the walls in this hotel are paper thin - I had to turn up my TV to hear it over the neighbors TV! And no one could explain what channels I was supposed to have access to, so I don't know if it was a problem or just how it's set up. But the staff is excellent! Clean facilities.

They’re updating this hotel and it’s needed. Bathrooms are small. No place to put bathroom products. Rooms are small. Outdated. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Didn’t partake of the free breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Does have a gym open 24 hrs and the location is close to I90, Crocker Park shopping, which is really nice, and a hosts of other shops and restaurants.

Great staff - tiny rooms.
The people are great! The room is TINY, but clean. Walls pretty thin - you will hear your neighbors and every car horn that honks to lock in the lot. We were in the room only to sleep so it was fine.

I called the hotel 2 days before arriving to inform them that I needed easy access to my room so to being slightly handicapped. They said they could accommodate and have a room close to the elevator. My room ended up being down the end of the hall. There was no special accommodations!! Their vending machines were out of order, ALL of them!! They said if we forgot something, ie, toothbrush, shampoos, combs, but didn't have any amenities. Although it was an ok hotel, they need to get it together a bit

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience for your room. Every room is equipped with shampoo and conditioners on the wall of the shower, any other amenities such as a tooth brush, tooth paste, etc would be at the front desk as they are not put in the rooms.

Not up to usual Hilton hotels type standards.
We stayed 3 days and nights here. It is extremely basic. We were late out on our second day and disappointingly when we returned back our room had not been serviced. When I phoned reception the next morning for towels and to enquire why, I was informed that the rooms are only serviced every second day! Although this showed nowhere in our T&C’s, nor were we informed this when we checked in. When the room was eventually serviced, the empty tissue box was not replenished, the empty pizza box was left in our room, no soap was left and the bed was made but bed linen was not changed. The first morning we attempted the “breakfast buffet” but the fruit on display was not of good quality, over ripe, or off. It would not have taken much to improve the shortcomings, but believe that this hotel is closer to a two rather than a three star facility.

This is my second year staying there. They apparently listened to my request for fruit in the morning. The things I didn't like were there was no black-out shade for the room, so light came in from the outside while I was sleeping. Also, there was no do-not-disturb sign, even thought the person across the hall had one. I do appreciate the $83 room rate.

I have stayed at several Cleveland area hotels as I visit 2 to 3 times a year. This was by far my best experience, going forward I will always stay at this hotel. The room was fantastic and clean, the staff was friendly, it's in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Best of all it was quiet! the breakfast was also very good!
