Les chambres sont grandes, confortables et propres mais les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas, du coup impossible d’aérer la chambre et malheureusement la climatisation est extrêmement bruitante.

Hôtel à prix correct, mais éloigné de LONDRES compter 40 min avec le train pour rejoindre Londres. La gare se trouve à 15 min à pied sur la gauche. Prix d’un Day card 11 £ par personne donnant accès au train, métro, et bus illimité pour la journée. Sinon l’hotel Se trouve à une station de Gatwick airport ce qui est intéressant si vous repartez de cet aéroport. Si c’etait A refaire je prendrai un hôtel dans Londres car moins de perte de temps dans les transports et plus économique avec une oyster card même s.ils sont un peu plus chers. Sinon rien à redire pour cet hôtel tout à fait correct.

The staff and linens were great as well as the view from our bedroom window. Leading up to the area was unkempt, and the food was not good. The general hallway leading to our room was old with marks on the walls.

When we checked in the desk person not friendly. The rest of the staff especially the cafe and bar area were very helpful and friendly. Two of the rooms were very nice, our room was clean but worn.

Excellent stay at the Sandman Signature Gatwick. The staff were excellent at accommodating us with 2 very tired children. We arrived early in the morning, although not able to check in, they took our bags for us and let the kids use the pool until the room was available. There was unlimited tea/coffee and hot chocolate at our disposal as well. Room was clean and larger than other UK hotels we stayed in. Our room had a mini fridge and a microwave which was a GameChanger for us with kids - got some groceries and the staff had no issues with providing us with cutlery. Restaurant was excellent and good selections for kids and adults. While there is a restaurant in the hotel, it is only open for breakfast or supper (after 4pm). The hotel is within walking distance of TESCO. (7minutes) which we used a bit. You can walk to the Three Bridges train station (about 17 minutes) and there is a bus stop about a 7 minute walk that will take you to Gatwick airport. Things to note: there is no airport shuttle from this hotel. You can order a taxi (about £28) to Gatwick Airport, or you can get a £8 Uber to the train station and get to the airport that way. We used the bus, it was a 7 minute walk to the bus stop (bus 100) to Gatwick airport. Hotel is sitting on a busy roadway. Loudness could depend on room location. Air conditioning in the room was super loud when it cuts in. We did try not to use it, but it was a warm couple of days in Gatwick so we had too.

Hotel was very close to Gatwick Airport. Arrived at hotel via the metro bus which stopped about .3 mile from hotel. Also, close to train station into London. Paid extra to have the breakfast which was a good selection of food…a traditional English breakfast. Hotel was clean & in a safe area.

Everything ok. Dining limited, especially for vegetarians. Ask for a late check out for 2pm, was offered check at 12pm.for free or I had to.pay from 11am to 2pm, which I had to do, be nice if they could still had given me the 11am.to 12pm.free, leaving me to pay for 2hrs instead of 3. Although still got a call at 11am getting me out the showe to tell me I had to leave the room at 11, whici didn't have too. Alarm test was planned for 1030 but went off at 1130, freaked my youngest out a touch. Would i stay again, probably not.for the one night, I'd use a travelodge or Premier inn.

It was a really great hotel. Lovely Reception area. I checked in at 1am and Brijesh was on duty, He was amazing and definitely get 5 Stars from me. Facilities were great. Had a fridge and a microwave and a lovely lounge area in the room. Tea making facilities were great. Parking facilities were great too. Breakfast was superb. I always love a hotel that offers fried eggs (not just scrambled) and fresh fruits and fresh pastries.
