GREAT STAY, EXTRA CLEAN, FRIENDLY FRONT DESK STAFF, AWESOME BREAKFAST, NICE POOL, VERY CONFORTABLE SUITES, VERY WELL EQUIPPED WITH ALL YOU MAY NEED, INCLUDING YES--SALT & PEPPER....,ALSO WITH A BIG K-MART & WEGGMANS SUPERMARKET -JUST IN FRONT ... HOWEVER, BE AWARE THAT THIS HOTEL IT IS LOCATED AWAY FROM BUSY DISTRICTS , SO AFTER HOURS, (DARK) IT IS A LONELY AREA. ALSO ENSURE YOUR CAR IT IS LOCK WHILE @ PARKING LOT, FOR ALTHOUGH LOTS OF LIGHTS, THERE IT IS NO HOTEL GUARDS. I GOT STOLEN MY TRUCK'S SPARE TIRE OVERNIGHT -IN LESS THAN 4 HRS . SO, FOR THOSE WHO OWN PICK UP TRUCKS W UNDERCARRIAGE SPARES ( NOT LOCKED) - BE AWARE.

“Pleasant Surprise”

The hotel staff were quite friendly and the daily breakfast was fresh and tasty. The room was comfortable and the facilities up to date. Would highly recommend to others considering a stay just outside of Buffalo.

“Comfortable and Clean”

This hotel was right off the highway in a location close to shopping outlets, grocery stores and attractions. It was comfortable, clean and for the most part a great experience. While staying at the hotel, it's fire alarms sounded and scared the heck out fo us. Most of the people around us, including the employee's, acted nonchalantlly about this situation which gave me the impression that this is a common/regular thing that happens. The problem was that the steam from the hot tub in the pool room was causing the alarms to sound, this happend a few times that night and thankfully didn't happen again after that night! The elevators were scary!! They jumped after you got on and pressed a button, not to mention there were no "certificates" or "licenses" shown in the elevator as to when the last time it was inspected. All in all, the location was great, the rooms were comfortable and clean, I'd go back again if I needed to be in the area.

“A good one, specially for a long vacation”

I like their suite room. It's spacious and also you get a small kitchen to use. The LCD TV is good. And they have great iHome ipod speaker clock. I can charge my iphone and playing music in it.

“Great Place to Stay”

This was our second time staying at this hotel. Our first stay had a minor issue with a faulty light switch that couldn't be fixed in a bathroom. They gave a large discount off the bill as a result. This stay was free of any issues. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. Beds were among the most comfortable we've ever experienced in a hotel.

“Would love to stay there again!”

The rooms were very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding was nice and warm, just the way I like it. The Suite had everything you could need from glasses, wine glasses, silverware, etc. The pool and hot tob area was clean and neat, although there always seemed to be a shortage of towels there. The hot tub was GREAT! The only real problem we encountered was trying to find a pizza place that would deliver after a long day at a volleyball tournament. HAHA

“Very roomy with lots of storage space”

Loved the hotel. It exceeded my expectations with a large bathroom, including large closet space, nice couch area and kitchen. Free breakfast with large selection. Highly recommend it.
