“Very Satisfied”
This is my second visit to this hotel. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, all were very friendly with a smile. The room was very comfortable and provisions can be made for an extended check out if necessary. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in Western New York, especially if you are in the area south of Buffalo. It is a convenient location to any major highway in that area.
“Best Hotel In Buffalo!”
This hotel not only has an incredible staff but the location gives you the easiest access to some of the un-famous places to eat locally in Buffalo. It also is right next to the thruway whether you are heading downtown or to Niagra Falls. There are several stores very close by for immediate needs. oh, and by the way, breakfast was great. Make your own waffles, cereal, fruit, omelets, toast,bacon,sausage, etc. Nice job Hampton!
“Trip to Buffalo during winter storm”
Came up for a weekend event and to see friends. It was during a winter storm and the temps where below freezing. The lot was kept clear of snow the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a very pleasant alternative to where we have stayed previously in the area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is nice although VERY warm water...evn for me, and I like it warm. Excellent breakfast bar. Highly recommended.

Hamptons are always nice to stay at. The breakfast bar was great. Staff was great. Clean and enjoyable.

“Only a stop over”
We just stayed one night on our way back to CT from IL. The hotel was affordable, comfortable and quiet. Check-in was easy and since my teenage daughters and I needed a little relaxation we took advantage of the pool and hot tub which was opened later than we expected. The pool was small, but there was no one else in it and the hot tub was nice, However, we couldn't get the bubble jets to turn on so we just enjoyed a hot soak. The room was very comfortable and dark enough for me to sleep. We couldn't get the internet to work for very long though and after trying several times to re-connect we just gave up. Obviously the teens were not happy about missing their Facebook fix. The hotel served a nice breakfast in the morning too. We'll definitely stay here if we pass this way again.
“Buffalo Trip Hotel”
Hotel was very good for the price I paid for a 3 day air-flight-car package on Expedia.com. Room was clean. Breakfast was good (this may help others -bagels, muffins, bread, 2 waffle makers, apple/orange juice, beef patty, egg item, raw eggs, cereals, oatmeal, etc). Servers were good and always had a smile on their face. Had no issue checking in and out. The only 2 things I would like to see in the room is fridge and microwave. I requested for a microwave and said I am ok if they charged me but still they could not provide it. I see fridge in most hotels now a days but this one did not have one. Other than these 2 things, I liked the hotel and would recommend it to others.
“Excellent Hotel & Staff !!”
The hotel was exactly as Expedia advertised (excellent) - and the staff were excellent too. They were friendly, helpful and the service was great as well. The hotel was also very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was good too. Lastly, the hotel was about 10 minutes away from where we were to spend most of our day, making it very convenient. In addition, the hotel was very cost effective, compared to us staying in a hotel 2-3 minutes away from where we would spend most of our time - meaningtraveling the extra 8 minues was worth it! I would highly recommend this hotel.
