La meilleure place à rester à west palm beach! Près de tout à pied, super service de valet à l’hôtel ! La piscine est wow, un vrai petit resort!!

Super bien situé si vous ne voulez pas louer de voiture. Tout se fait à pied ou à travers une application « circle ». Vous pouvez allez au resto, magasiner, aller à la plage et il y a un shuttle vers le retour à l’aéroport. Par contre pour le prix payé, il n’y avait pas de nettoyage dans les chambres tous les jours. Et lorsque la femme de ménage passe elle fait simplement le lit( sans secouer ls draps rien) résultat il y a du sable sous la couverture. Elle ne passe pas non plus l’aspirateur.

Property was nice. They did not disclose the $35 a day resort fee until check in. They hit me with a $48 a day valet fee at checkout. This was never disclosed. An extra $83 a day in fees total. They also charge $6.50 for a cup of coffee.

Transportation was worked out before I left Phoenix but when I got there nobody could agree what could be done. Conflicting information from one person to the next was not helpful. They provided a ride for me but after I arrived at the event I was informed they would not provide a ride back essentially leaving me stranded in a place 2000 miles from home and not knowing anyone I made no secret of the fact that I was not familiar with how rideshare worked and was told it would not be a problem. I feel that I paid to work out issues and be helpful to me. I would have been happy to pay extra. I will not be staying at this chain again

I chose this as the place to stay for a recent business trip. While the front desk staff was a little bit shaky (but I was offered a $300 night upgrade option?!) the rest of the staff quite good. I needed maintenance and Mr. Samuels was handled it very well and quickly. Valet parking nesssary to my knowledge but they were efficient.
