Few issues
When I wiped up rug with facecloth it turned black so rugs definitely need to be cleaned. The staff were very nice and friendly-excellent.

A basic, clean motel within walking distance to breakfast cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. Was a good base to visit other areas of Cape Cod

Staff was very accomodating, friendly, and quick to take care of any request we had. Motel was very reasonably priced, as well.

Overall a good place to stay. Unfortunately the "smoking area" was really far from the room and the bed was hard as a rock. Besides that it's a nice quiet place.

The property is in good average shape. The owner is a wonderful host and very acomadating when greeting you. The pool is clean and well kept. Parking is adequate and if your needs in parking both a vehicle and boat or trailer there is additional parking to use.

Borderline clean
The room was just clean enough to sleep in the bed without worrying too much but there was hair everywhere. The hair on the toilet seat, shower, bed sheets grossed us out.

This wasn’t one of the best places I’ve stayed but it wasn’t the worst either. The property manager was extremely nice. My room was average. It looked like it could use some updating but they were doing their best. The pool was great. Small hotel tucked into a tight place. It worked for my needs. I was doing some visiting and needed a place to rest my head. The bed was very comfortable. It worked for me.

1. Parking lot is way to small. Not good for trucks. 2. Small Tv. 3. No coffee maker or note pads. 4. No safe. 5. No chain lock on the door. Just the nob lock that any1 can break in with a coat hanger wire and string. 6. Shower head look like it had black mold. It was loose with a hole in the wall. Could have mold inside the wall. 7. THIEVES! I was staying 4 nights. So i brought 4 waters, 4 sodas and a open bag of snacks. First night i had water and a soda. When I return to my room the next night. A water and soda was missing. I just thru out the bag of candy. So for the rest of my stay i just brought all my stuff with me when i left! I didnt feel comfortable. Theres another cheap motel up the street for the same price and is a lot better...

Everything was great for what we paid!! The only “problem” we had was the rug in the room was so dirty that our feet would be black from walking around in the room with no shoes on.

Good room for a short stay without paying a premium price. It was comfortable, and I would stay there again. Negatively, the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been, and the toilet paper was as thin as I've ever seen. Other than that, it was nice and comfortable, and the staff were attentive and response to requests.

There was someone else’s hair in the bathroom and tub, and not just a strand or two, it was a bunch as if the place never got swept or vacuumed. Also killed at least 5/6 of these little black flying bugs. Ended up getting in the room so late in the night that finding a different hotel wasn’t going to be the solution and just stayed where I was.

Definitely not an upscale hotel, but very good for a one-night stay. We were busy all day with our planned activities, and just needed a place to crash for the night. Room was small but had everything that we needed, clean, and a comfortable bed.

This property is pretty tired. Hasn’t changed much since the 1940s. The staff is great. Very accommodating. I’d say this place is a last choice sort of place.

Property is worn/aged. Stairs going to second floor need repair. Room small. Carpet needs to be replaced. They only clean your room or replace towels every 3 days unless requested. Beds fairly comfortable. We were only in the room at night so we stuck it out for the 4 nights. Would not stay here again.
