Overall, the property was nice, clean and a good deal but the staff will probably keep me from coming back. I was coming to the area for a wedding and needed an early check in. I asked for 2 hours early so I would have a place to change prior to my 3 o'clock wedding. I called and was completely dumbfounded that I was abruptly told that wasn't an option. I explained my situation but was basically told I would not be able to get my room early. I had to change in a gas station bathroom. Needless to say I didn't feel I was asking for anything too out of the ordinary, but apparently I was. Wont go back nor will I book at a Fairfield Inn in the future.

We always enjoy our stays at Marriott facilities and will continue. Staff are great! Services are perfect for us. At this facility there was something different. There was an odor in the room which we could not identify. It was a bit disturbing and I left the room for a while in the night to escape the odor. In the morning I noticed that the facility is surrounded by boxwood shrubs which can put off an odor so I just wondered if this might have been the cause.

Great hotel wish they had a more options for breakfast, bacon, fresh fruit ?? Bathrooms could use a little update where the caulking is. But I would stay here again great city!

I checked and was told pool closed even though I did not plan to use it put suitcase down and came back for it that evening since I ended up staying with my friend who was dying. But everything looked nice and the young lady who checked me in was very nice. Your hotel was closest to my friends. thank you

Hotel and breakfast were good. Amazingly comfortable beds and quiet! Loved the location, loved the friendly staff. Didn't use the pool. Workout room was ok. Nothing fancy.

Over stay was great. Could offer more breakfast options, no bananas, pastries. Showers ran out of hot water but it was a busy Saturday with lots of people getting ready to go out. Rooms, lobby hallways were very clean!

Pay for a 200 a night hotel...no tv. Toilet handle about to fall off and not a mention of apoligy or help just try this and that. If it doeant work i dont know what else to do...great attitude

When I went to check in I wasn’t allowed to. They said it wasn’t approved because they hadn’t received a virtual payment from Expedia. After contacting Expedia they put me on hold for over a half hour. Then ended up calling the hotel itself to try and resolve it. Over an hour later they let me get a room. Asked the Expedia representative what was going to be done about this and he basically said that is how they operate

Staff was very welcoming. Breakfast - passed. Limited choices and not appealing. Laundry facilities were so bad I went to a local laundromat. Hotel is near shopping, gas and restaurants.

The common areas were very nice and clean and the room was as well. Beds were very comfortable. There were some stains on the couch, but other than that everything was very clean.

Mediocre Hotel in need up updating
Very out of date hotel - the rooms need updated badly. And there was mildew all over the base of the shower. No USB plugs and the wifi was unreliable.

We were visiting my son and his wife and my 3 grandchildren and the Fairfield was very close to their house. Double lucky that the hotel is beautiful and very welcoming.
