“Great location, staff and budget sized room”
(1.)This place is about a 5-7 minute walkto Front street (10 min to Starbucks). Not bad and the exercise is good for you. (2.) Rooms are kind of small (we stayed in the queen sized room on the bottom floor; about 300 sq ft) but adequate for sleeping & taking showers. (3.) Frig and microwave are adequate for cooking small meals and storing a 12-18 pack of drinks. (4.) Staff was friendly and helpful. We had no issues with the staff and this was at check in on Friday at Oktoberfest. (5.) They allow pets and the park is about a 1/4 mile if you want to take your dog for a walk in the park. Bring a crate or kennel to contain your dog while you’re out so your dog isn't running around the room barking or destroying it. (6.) The free breakfast is not bad. Hot food, drinks, cereal and make your own waffles. Just get there early. You snooze you lose. (7.) Yes, the place is old but for its age, it is fine. Just bring a stick up or an air freshener with you and you'll be fine. The road noise was about non-existent at night and our room faced HWY 2. We had no problem sleeping. (8.) This place isn't a spa so don't expect it to be one. I would recommended booking this place for sleeping, showering and may be some light TV time while resting from seeing the sites/events. We are definitely going back!
“Would certainly stay there again”
It was just an overnite stay with my grandson Clean room, very comfortable bed and 4 pillow each and they were not paper thin Contenial breakfast was good as well Would certainly stay again
“Returning Soon”
When we arrived at the Fairbridge Inn & Suites, we immediately were welcomed. The person at the front desk offered us the opportunity to upgrade for a minimal fee so we were very pleased with the king bed and jacuzzi tub room that we were upgraded to. The hotel is a short distance away from the store and restaurants. The breakfast was well prepared. We plan on returning in the future.
“Nice, cheap hotel walking distance to downtown”
We picked this place mostly due to price, but were happily impressed. It was clean, quiet, and very conveniently located. The kids loved the pool--it's heated to about 100, so it was almost like a hot tub. The breakfast that is provided was FAR beyond our expectations. Buffet style, but quite extensive with cereal, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, muffins, and my kids' favorite: make-your-own waffles. It easily saved the four of us probably $30-40 if we had gone out for breakfast in town. We'll definitely return if we stay in Leavenworth again. There's a park with a big playground ~1/4 mile walk toward the river from the hotel too.
“Nice place for the money”
The room was clean, breakfast was amazing, and everyone was nice. For the price, I would definitely stay again. Parking out front is the only small issue but there is a lot in the back with an elevator.
“Good time at Fairbridge Inn!”
I decided to stop by at the Fairbridge Inn on my way back from Chelan and booked a single king. The check in was smooth and the room was clean. The customer service and maintenance was excellent! The amenities such as the complementary breakfast, pool and the short walk to downtown had a factor to the satisfaction of my stay! I would highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends! Can’t wait to come back this summer!
“Great place to stay and easy access to Front St.”
Easy check in and check out. When we arrived and went to the front desk to check in, we thought we'd like a first floor (there are 3 floors) room because I have trouble walking, but the nice front desk clerk said she had a really nice room on the third floor with a better view and I could use the elevator. It was a very nice room and had a serene view of the mountains and snow on the ground. The television, microwave, and refrigerator all worked. The two queen beds were a little on the hard side but comfortable and there were 4 pillows on each bed. Also, the free breakfast buffet was the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. There were hot scrambled eggs, delicious link sausages, two waffle makers to make your own waffles, different cereals, various small muffins, bagels, bread to make your own toast; hot biscuits, and pretty good gravy. There were plenty of juices, milk, and coffee. The big round tables covered in white linen, the burning fireplace, and television were a plus. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. It is also located within walking distance to the downtown area (Front Street). We would definitely stay there again.

Only complaint was indoor pool was cold! Clean, quiet, and good location just outside of town.

Really enjoyed the fireplace and location. We were 5 minute walk from main street. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable.

Such a beautiful location, we really enjoyed everything! The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We hope to come back to visit again soon. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
