Location was very handy and the free parking was a great option. We stayed here one night and it did the trick - cheap and easy.
But, if you were looking for a nice holiday in Wellington, I wouldn't recommend this spot. The rooms are very dated and smell like cigarettes. Every floor in the building has a unique "aroma" and you get a lot of "city life" drunks and dis-orderlies wondering around the area, which makes sleeping difficult with people hanging outside your window hours after midnight.
If you're visiting Wellington and you won't be spending much time in the accomm, this is a good spot/location - but if you're planning to relax in the rooms, it won't be my #1 choice.
