“Pleasant Stay”

This hotel is really a university that is not used as a dormitory for college students in the summer. It was a pleasant surprise to discover that the dorm room was actually nicer than a hotel. There were 2 separate,private bedrooms and a kitchen and bathroom that was shared in the unit. Each bedroom had a flat panel tv and there was free wifi if you had an Ethernet cable. The rooms were very clean, had comfortable beds, and nice down comforters. There was also a free continental breakfast each morning served in the lobby area with bagels, cereal and fruit. Perfect for our group. It is located only 20 minutes from the falls, which we loved because it was away from the tourist areas and yet easy to get to them if we chose. It was also extremely inexpensive with great value!! We will definitely go back.

“OK for the money”

This is a dorm so don't expect much. Painted brick walls, minimum amenities. The bathroom is very small, no tub. The night we were there, a game was going on and there were students everywhere, running, yelling, jumping. Typical college party atmosophere. The rooms are big, but the beds are not very comfortable. Overall, OK stay.

“Worse the money paid.”

2 bedrooms, double bed and desk in each as well as small TV. Fridge and microwave in a hall-kitchen. Breakfast included. Great solution for the tight budget. Unbelievable low price for 30-min-from-Niagara-Falls hotel. Don't expect any bells and whistles though.

“Eh, not too bad for trying to save money”

This hotel is like a student dorm room with cement block walls and no carpet on the floors except in the hallways. It seemed clean except for the shower. It wasn't worth the money we paid, but it was still one of the cheaper hotels in the area. The carpet in the halls is disgusting. The towels were very rough, and the bedding was very worn. The continental breakfast wasn't bad, but there was not a lot of space for everyone to sit and eat. People were slamming doors and talking in the halls until after midnight. The staff was very nice, though.
