“Can't wait to go back”

One of the things I judge a business is by the personel and how they treat me. I was taught to treat people the way I would want to be treated. I went to the front desk whenI I was leaving and told the gentleman to tell his boss that everybody there was all very friendly and that I would stay there again.

“Not Impressed”

Although the room was clean and the hotel was well maintained, there were several issues that occurred. The surrounding guests were very loud in to the late hours of the night. We asked the hotel clerk to please help us with the issue and the most they did was continue to call our room to see if the other guests got quieter. They didn't get quieter. At breakfast, we found that the syrup was so thick that it wouldn't pour out on our waffles. The bread was a month old. They were also serving cookies that were a month old as well. Needless to say, we didn't eat breakfast there.
