“Probably again”
The staff was very friendly. The breakfast did not measure up to other Comfort Inns in quality. Very conviently located for my purposes. I will use again.

For a moderate priced hotel the room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bedding was very nice. VERY CLEAN
“Will always stay at this Hotel when in town”
Brand new facility and the staff were exceptional. They were helpful and pleasant. Like talking to my neighbor at home. The rooms were wonderful!

Good hotel. Odd location and fairly difficult to find the first time. Clean, very nice room and facilities.
“hard to find...”
seemed to be a brand new comfort suites, and the room/breakfast was great...it's very hard to find though, as the address doesn't show up correctly on any of the gps/map options i tried, and when i called to get directions the first time the front desk person didn't know any street names. it was further off the highway (i-35) than anticipated.
“Waxahatchie Hotel”
The only thing I did not like was that trucking university thingy going on there.
“Too Noisy”
This hotel has adequately comfortable rooms with a good layout, decent decor and features like microwave, mini-fridge and flat screen TV. There were cleanliness problems, but nothing severe. The overall experience was a little shabby and a little dirty. The critical flaw with this place is poor sound insulation and a constant flow of activity in and out of other rooms until 4am to 5am. This was a Thursday night. I'm not sure what was going on, but there was a lot of slamming doors and hallway conversations, sometimes angry. I think I was the only one there who rented a room for sleeping. So, be warned: it will be difficult to get any sleep with all the noise and non-stop all-night activity.
