I booked a stay here specifically because it stated there was not only a pool but also a small water park. The staff was okay for the most part. When we checked in i asked about the pool as i over heard the front desk attendant on the phone say something about the pool but i didnt hear everything they said about it. When i asked they told me where the pool was....not what time it opened or THAT IT'S $20 PER PERSON.
The phone in our room did not work, the toilet in our room stopped working the second night after 2 uses, went to let front desk know and they told me they could move me to a different room at 1 in the morning. Other wise i would have to use the bathroom all the way at the opposite end of the hotel from my room till 7 in the morning when maintenance got back. Overall i packed up and hit the road at 2 am so i could get back home to my own WORKING bathroom. Would have asked for a refund but in the end i felt it wasnt worth the argument

Light inside door didn't work. Microwave and refrigerator didn't work. Soap dispenser in the shower was empty.

The guests felt special. In conclusion, It was an absolute pleasure and memorable stay. Also amazing housekeeping service , cleanliness of the rooms.

Gross bathroom sink- toothpaste and stubble hair, probably wasn’t even touched. One of the bath towels had brown stains on it, used it for the floor since the floor was wet from no shower liner with a cloth curtain. No hand soap in bathroom. Conditioner was empty in shower.
Snack bar in lobby was not stocked. Coffee in morning was empty.
This used to be a Fairfield by Marriott and was definitely a nicer facility. Will only stay there again because it close to business, after inspection, otherwise I’ll stay further up 94

Breakfast was just ok. Blood on Mattress corner in room 332. Door hard to open due to carpet. Curtains fallen. Shower head coming off of setting. Overall was ok
