Hotel was fine for a quick stay on an overnight trip to Watertown. Staff was friendly & efficient, room was clean & well set up (the three mirrors were appreciated). On a Sunday morning the breakfast buffet was quite busy but the staff did a good job making sure that nothing ran out. The kids enjoyed the pool.
The only minor drawbacks were the Wi-Fi which only provided intermittent internet access to the family's variety of e-devices, and the exercise room which seemed to share the same air as the pool and so was like exercising in a hot sauna -- not a good idea.
Being dog friendly was most concerning for us and it satisfied our need for our pet. The environment was dark and dreary but nothing that a good light color paint job would not fix and brighter lighting. I was impressed of how clean the facilities were.
