“Can't beat the price and location”

10 minutes and a 12 buck cab ride to Cambridge. Older hotel but seems to be maintained. Smokers beware, no enclosed smoking area....all rooms are non smoking. Pleasant front desk staff. I will certainly use this hotel again.

“Excellent location for Boston Visit”

We enjoyed 3 nights at this Super8 Motel in Watertown, a half-hour from the City Centre. We used it as a base from which to explore Boston every day from Dawn 'til Dusk! Appalled at the high cost of Central Boston hotels, we opted to check out the suberbs. Totally reliant on Public Transport, the Watertown Super8 Motel suited us perfectly; right on one bus route and 5 mins walk from another (more suitable) took us straight to the subway link into Boston Centre. The Motel was perfectly adequate, remembering that we were determined to find cheaper accomodation merely to lay our weary heads (legs?). Excellent restaurant nearby (see Reception for details). Will use again and reconmmend widely if asked.

“watertown super 8”

we always stay here when we go to boston. It is only a 10 minute walk to catch the bus and a Dominos pizza right across the street, and a Dunking Donuts just down the street. Rooms are clean and help is friendly.

Convenient location for us (with car) to visit friends in Cambridge. Room is pretty clean, TV is very old, the continental breakfast is good.

It's very easy to go there from Boston, you can take a bus and it's only 5 seconds walk from bus stop to the hotel. The room is good and it's cost-effective.

My stay was pleasant, and I would recommend this hotel. It was relatively easy to find and a good alternative to more expensive hotels closer to downtown Boston. Free Internet and breakfast were great, and parking was not a problem. The hotel has recently been renovated, but it still shows its age in places. The windows in particular seemed old and flimsy, and I didn't feel as secure as I wanted. The hotel is loud, and I could hear everything going on in the hallway. The doors are set to slam, and slam they do.
