“great place in DC near the Capitol”
The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was nice and attentive, Especially Josh the bartender at the Lounge! Happy New Year!!! Great Location too! only 3 blocks from Union Station & the Capitol & The National Mall.
“Lovely hotel, great location”
I recently stayed at the Washington Court Hotel. I found the staff to be very pleasant, helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, comfortable and a good size. The hotel is very close to Union station, which has a variety of shops and eating places, easy access to the metro and hop on hop off buses. It is also close to capitol hill and the mall both within walking distance. Overall this is my second visit to this hotel, and I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to DC.
“Beautiful Hotel!”
This hotel was huge and ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! I only wished they had a microwave available for guests use. Other than than, it was an amazing stay. Our room had a great view of the capitol!!
“I'll stay here again”
Staff was very professional and helpful. Registration desk addressed me by name throughout my 2-night stay--I was surprised. Location was perfect for access to Metro and to my business at the National Gallery. Gift shop was sub-par in terms of needed everyday items like pocket tissues or toothbrushes.
“recommended”
It was very good, the only criticism that I have was that the internet instructions were unclear and required me to phone the desk a couple of times. Also international phone calls from the room are incredibly expensive - avoid them.
“Washington with kids”
Mainly appears / feels like a business hotel but great for families too. Close to all sights in Capitol Hill / National Mall (15-20 minute walk). 5 minute walk to Union Station with its food court and Metro links. The concierge was knowledgeable. Staff generally very helpful. Free broadband in room (although a bit slow) - other hotels in the area charge up to $12-15/day for in room broadband wi-fi access.
“good hotel for price”
People at the front desk were great & very helpful. The bar staff was slow when we ordered from a table. All we got was one appetizer. But overall it was ok.
“Hotel review”
I wish the valet parking was cheaper, but other than that all was perfect. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends.
“Lovely, Comfortable, and Convenient!”
This hotel was just what I needed, convenient, very nice room, comfortable, and hassle free.
“convenience”
this is a good place to stay. it is convenient and accessible. walking distance to the station to get to the tour buses. the staff is helpful, accomodating and courteous. the restaurant is good too if you indulge in dining in. easy transition in checking in/out. would come back to this hotel again.
