“Nice place”
Great location - close to many restaurants and stores. Walk to the Whitehouse, Georgetown, Vietnam Veteran Memorial, etc. Close to 2 Metro rail stations. 2 restaurant/bars right next door.
“A relaxing and centrally located DC hotel.”
We were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The room was large for a DC hotel. It was tastefully furnished with a simple and sophisticated theme. I will go back on my next visit to DC. There are lots of good places to eat nearby.
“Hotel rooms”
The hotel room was great. It was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful as well. The noise level with the waste management truck was horrible, waking us out of our sleep at least three times during the night.
“Two thumbs up”
The hotel was very accommodating when I accidentally booked the wrong checkin date. The staff were all very friendly. The look of the hotel was unique, modern, and fun. The room size was large and overall very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but not terrible. Prime location, walking distance from DuPont circle. Endless options for restaurants and fun nightlife. Two metro stops from Chinatown.
“Great staff!”
Couldn't have asked for better service and hospitality.
“Very nice boutique hotel, great staff and rooms”
This was my second time staying here and once again they didn't disappoint. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, and have a modern feel to them. Located near anything you want to do; walking distance or a cheap cab ride away. They offer garage parking, although that is extra. It's DC, so parking is always a luxury - it was about $30/day. It's near the metro if you come in that way.
“Great for Family or Extended Stay”
Room? Heck, it was nicer and more spacious than my first apartment. Two full beds - firm, very comfortable. Kitchenette. Two closets. Sectional sofa. I could have been comfortable there for an extended stay, or a family stay with leftovers to refrigerate and then reheat. Convenient to lots of stuff. Nice staff, too.
“Great price, great location”
We stayed here for one night. The location was in the middle of everything we wanted to do the next day: the Smithsonian, the Zoo, dinner near Dupont Circle with friends. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived late, but they still got a crib for our baby and parked our car in their lot. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were on the second floor, street side, so in the morning rush hour and construction noise woke us, but we needed an early start anyway. Overall an excellent hotel; I would definitely stay here again.
“Great Neighborhood”
Loved this boutique hotel. Rooms are large, clean, and comfortable with a small refrigerator and microwave (very tastefully tucked under the counter). The location can't be beat; there are metro stops a couple blocks in either direction and you are just a couple stops from the National Mall and all the major sights . Great walkable neighborhood, even at night. There are lots of people out at all hours. Walk further into Georgetown for great restaurants (definitely try Filomena, you won't be disappointed) and bars. The staff were very friendly. Really can't say anything bad about this hotel. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in DC.
“great location”
near to all restaurants, bars, sites of interest with metro service short distance away
