“Great for Dupont and Woodley Park access”
Very courteous and welcoming staff - and great common area too. Room seemed recently renovated and everything was high quality
“Good place to stay.”
Although the room is a little bit small, but consider it is in DC that's OK with us. The staff are great. We give them 4 for their service because the housekeeping person who might be new forgot our bath towels and the flat sheet. The complimentary wine and cheese are awesome!
“A DuPont Circle Gem”
This was the second time I stayed at the Normandy, and both times were wonderful. The rooms are well-appointed, the staff is professional and helpful, and they have a wine and cheese reception every evening. It's a lovely place in a great location.
“Comfortable boutique hotel in D.C. neighborhood”
My 14-year-old daughter and I loved this boutique hotel! The staff was very friendly, the rooms comfortable, and the evening wine and cheese that the hotel offered to guests every evening was relaxing after a long day of walking through museums and sites in D.C. My daughter especially enjoyed bringing her book down to the lobby and sitting in the comfortable chairs in the evening because she felt as if she were part of a community with the other guests. We both also loved being in the Dupont Circle neighborhood, so the 4-5 block walk to the Metro wasn't taxing at all.
“Little gem”
Thankyou so much we loved staying in your hotel Candice*****. The friendliness and help from you, your lovely staff and 'others' made our trip. From the furniture layout in the lounge, to the marble in the shower room and the wine in the evenings - so want to go back. Great location-10 mins from the Metro Dupont and good restaurants. And it's so quiet. As a Brit the only thing I missed was a kettle in the room but hey we had a coffee machine and it was complimentary everything in the lounge downstairs. Kind Regards Tina and Jo
“Great stay at the Normandy!”
We really enjoyed our stay at the Normandy hotel. It's a lovely hotel, very elegantly done, in a great location, close to the Metro station. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean, we were all impressed with the bathroom, very luxurious for the price. Would recommend it to business travellers or families with young children.

Beautiful reception areas w/ great spaces to meet guests. Comfortable room w/ contemporary design--all new.
“Perfect location”
Located in the the beautiiful area of Dupont Circle near Embassy Row in Washington, the Normandy Inn provided me with a convenient place to settle after long days working. Comfortable rooms and freindly service made the difference.
“Wonderful”
Friendly staff, clean room, love the quality shampoo/conditioner/body lotion, breakfast was superb (a machine that makes lattes, fresh squeezed oj, bagels with locks and cream cheese. Slightly far from metro stop, but embassy row is a wonderful neighborhood to stay. I would definitely recommend this to others!

The Normandy is located in an unforgettable, elegant neighborhood, and is a beautifully updated and secure hotel. I travel a lot, and will never forget my stay at this property.
