“Excellent budget motel”

The room was clean and decent. It wasn't anything special, but it was nice for a budget-priced motel. The service was wonderful; the woman at the desk remembered me from check-in when I checked out, and she was as friendly as if I was a regular customer she'd known for years. I also liked that the room entrances were inside, because it always feels safer than outside entrances. If you're looking for a cheap place to spend the night, this is a great choice.

“Very convenient”

I went to visit my brother over the summer and needed a hotel that wasn't fancy or anything like that. All I needed was a place to sleep and this hotel was perfect. Its in a nice place, and 5 mins from Univ Maryland. Close to highway.

“good for the price”

I stayed here for two nights because I had to do some business in the area. I didn't expect much from the hotel considering the reasonable price. But the hotel turned out to be much better than I had initially thought. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. I had free access to the Internet. There were some stores and restaurants near the hotel (there was a diner right next to the hotel). I think it was good for the price.

“Super 8 just right...”

It was just right for a quick visit to see my daughter at UMD. Easy on-off to the highway. Close to UMD. Really friendly staff. Very reasonable price. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. I definitely plan to stay there again.

“If you want inexpensive in D.C., this is the place.”

Based on previous reviews, I was a little apprehensive about staying here, however, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was a couple of danish and muffins, however the diner next door had an excellent breakfast, so we made out okay. If you can get out onto U.S. 1, the Metro can be reached within a ten minute drive from the motel. Just don't try to make a left and go north...traffic in the area is horrendous.

“Good location, 10 miles from DC, Good for the price, but coudl be better if were closer”

Hotels are expansive in DC, this one was one of the lowest price in good neigborhood. Regualr hotel with clean rooms, worth the price relative to DC area. The only thing I did not like was that they buged me 3 times in teh morning with room service enev though I put "Do not disturb", woke me up once then I tried to have some intimacy with my GF, and then they called to see if I am checking out, too anoying but other then that was good

“Good value for the money”

Close by to restaurants and to Washington D.C. Rooms were clean and we were able to get any extra linens/towels as needed. Staff was polite and friendly. Continental breakfast was adequate.

“Super 8”

Definitely a no frills motel. But room was clean and staff was great. I would stay there again.
