“Secure and friendly”
This is a very customer friendly hotel. All associates were extremely friendly and very willing to assist and offer information as needed. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best set ups and varieties I've experienced. The room was clean, pleasantly decorated, and had a nice assortment of amenities. A variety of restaurants and stores were within a few blocks of the hotel.
“Perfect for our first trip to DC”
This hotel is in a great location. It's an easy short walk to the metro, we didn't one use a taxi. There are resturants within walking distance and a ton of Starbucks. There is CVS Drugstore below the hotel which is very helpful, we were able to pick up water bottles and small snacks for our days out seeing the sights. The front desk was very nice and helpful.
“Fabulous hotel - HUGE room!”
One of the best US hotels I have ever stayed in. Beautiful, massive studio room with very well-equiped kitchen. Wonderful free buffet breakfast with great selection of food. 24-hour CVS literally next door - great for water, snacks, etc.
“Great location, great staff, great hotel”
The hotel was great. The staff were all very friendly. The valet guy even suggested that we park on the street on Sunday for free to save some money. The room very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was a nice flat screen tv the swung so you could watch in bed or the sitting area. The full kitchen was also nice. The only thirst which we didn't care about at all was that at some time they switched out the round toilet and put in an elongated toilet so they notched the door at the bottom to accipiters it. But who cares. We had a clean room and bathroom. A good bed. A nice breakfast that's included. The staff was great and we were close to a Metro stop. We will stay here again for sure.
“Pleased with this hotel - would stay here again”
I really liked this hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive and the room was large and comfortable. There was always an attendent in front to assist with getting a taxi for me. One of the nicest things they excel in over other hotels is offering a complimentary large, hot breakfast buffet on the weekends. There are a number of all kinds of restaurants within easy walking distance and the White House area is less than a 10 minute walk.
“Excellent hotel....”
This hotel is extremely well managed. The location is excellent, the rooms very comfortable, and the staff very accomodating. We plan to stay there again in the future.
“Pleasant surprise at a reasonable price.”
This was not a fancy hotel, but it had everything I needed and then some. Service was exceptional; staff were friendly and helpful, and, frankly, they were more attentive to customers than at much more expensive hotels. The complementary breakfast was excellent. I have not seen such a selection of quality breakfast menu items at an American hotel in a long time. I would definitely return.

Great location, complimentray breakfast more than adequate. CVS next door with a food section if you want to make your own snacks, meals.
“The most comfortable bed!”
The hotel was great, and it was only six blocks from the white house and a 15 to 20 min walk to the mall depending on where you are going.
