“Nice Place”
It was very nice and the location is convenient, close to Dupont Circle.
“Do not eat at the hotel restaurant.”
They were very busy! Lobby was comfortable and exciting. Restaurant was not a very good value... the pancakes were overcooked and very small for a whopping $12. In Boston at our best hotel in HU Sq. big pancakes full of blueberries $8.00 The omelette special with lobster was also very diappointing since the wording on the menue is mis leading making one think your getting a fat chunk of lobster with the omelette instead of a few lobster scraps tossed into the omelette which was well made but not worth $16. The waitress did not bring water w/o ice since someone else did not. The restaurant seemed to count on *the good will of the customer* on not have real interest in what we were actually orderring or needed. But, I must say we did not feel rushed.
“Great location, great stay”
Nice and clean. A bit expensive.
“Small but mighty”
Rooms are small but very nice.
“Hotel was great, the only thing I missed was the pool, I couldnt find it,”
Beatifull rooms decoration, may be they need like a welcome broucher so the people know where the point of interest, restaurants are.
“DC Dupont Circle Renaissance”
Great hotel for business travel. Close to restaurants, shopping and sites of Dupont Circle. Room was small, but nicely appointed and comfortable for a 2 night business stay.
“Renaissance Washington, DC Dupont Circle Hotel”
Service at this hotel was great. When we arrived, we were given a room that did not match what was on our confirmation. We had reserved a Club Level room with a King bed. After checking in, we discovered we had been put in a small room with a queen sized bed. After contacting the front desk, the issue was resolved quickly by the the hotel staff. Each staff member we encountered during our stay was polite and helpful.
“Very Comfortable”
I particularly appreciate that this hotel is completely smokefree, even in the restaurant and bar area. Great breakfast, friendly, helpful staff. All white, European bedding, nice big flat TV, newspaper every morning and walking distance to two metro stations. I can't wait to return.
“Amazing, not too far from National Mall”
Amazing service, really friendly staff! Door men are really friendly and helpful if you're new to the area! They also helped a lot with surrounding resturants/bars/shops. I would definately go back!
“Flawless”
Both my husband and I just loved the hotel, and we rarely agree on stuff like that. Very nice room, great overall decor in the building, nice and uncrowded small gym, great bar, very good location (walk to Dupont Circle). The hotel staff and the bartender were friendly and helpful, in a way that's different from the smug treatment you get back home (Texas.
