“Wonderful experience.”
Minimalistic hotel with superb staff. 3 minutes walk from Georgetown. Wonderful experience. The only thing you need to know if that their rooms have only king size or twin beds. If you expect the 2 large beds found in many hotels, you'll have a problem...
“Comfortable, luxurious hotel stay”
My recent stay at the Park Hyatt Washington was delightful. My spacious corner room included a generous sitting room area and large walk-in closet. The room was spotlessly clean, and service was efficient. The hotel had ample serving staff to park cars, whisk up bags, wait on tables, check in guests at registration, etc -- never a wait. One observation: the rooms are not bright, and need a bit more light.
“My new favorite”
I have stayed at just about every 'nice' hotel in DC area. This one has just become my favorite. The rooms are great and the bed more comfortable then any other hotel I have stayed at. Must stay here if you get the chance.
“Great Place to Stay”
I was very impressed with the treatment I received. Everyone was very helpful. My room was beautiful and very comfy. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
“Impressive Service”
We definitely will stay here again/there were 2 adults/2 kids and we had requested a rollaway to help accommodate us all and they upgraded our room so that we would have ample space without us asking. This was a great surprise!! Everyone from front door to front desk was #1
“Indispensable part of my good memory”
Everything is perfect except the view from the room.
“Treat Yourself to Luxury”
The Park Hyatt was a wonderful place to stay. Very modern, clean, and comfortable room with slippers and a robe, and a large soaking tub. My only complaint about the room is I couldn't get it cool enough at night, but I like to sleep with the temperature around 65 degrees. The restaurant was excellent but very expensive. Indeed, if I hadn't gotten the deal on Expedia by combining my flight and room I wouldn't have been able to afford the stay. That's what I love about Expedia!
“Wonderful location and excellent staff”
Well situated near attractions and restaurants. Very nice room with stylish furnishings. Staff was helpful in making reservations and arranging transportation.
“Great location great service”
This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. It is in walking distance of Georgetown (great shopping & restaurants) and the metro. The area is was safe so we were comfortable exploring the area. The hotel staff is exceptional. Every single employee we encountered provided amazing guest service. I would highly recommend this hotel.
