the only nice thing was the young lady at the front desk but the property was just bad broken mirror no towels the toilet had no seat not broken just gone. My closet is bigger and does not have large parts of the flooring ripped up. The area was in northeast DC no amenities shops restaurants etc. Just BAD !

Do not stay here! When I arrived the police was outside investigating a disturbance. Then inside it’s ghetto AF. And ALL the rooms smell like cigarette smoke. After I told them I couldn’t stay due to mainly my asthma, they would not refund me the 2 night stay. Please do not stay here and Expedia this shouldn’t even be an option on your list.

That was my worst stay. The man who check me in might be aware that the next room people are very loud people, as they put the TV loud the entire night & after I called the front desk around 5:45am, not only they didn’t lower the TV volume, but also started singing until now when I check out quickly around 7:30a. I went there before & it wasn’t that way. I was on another floor which was quiet. People living free there through subsidy are not mindful of those who pay to stay temporarily.

The room is in terrible need of an upgrade. Half of the baseboards are absent of any paint or finish. The room is very reminiscent of a college dorm room. The bed was quite comfortable tho, and since it was just a “lay over” for one night, completely tolerable.

You get what you pay for. This place does not have breakfast in the morning. Washing machine and dryer are located in the lobby. The only ice machine and microwave for guests are also on the lobby floor. The only time you hear your neighbors will be in the hallway walking to or from room. Despite the room facing the main road it was very quiet. Walking or a short drive to many restaurants or lounges.

The area is nice, quiet, actually the motel was the lousiest building in the neighborhood. The room was damp, visibly worn out, scarred, the door full of cigarette burns, the sheets clean but stained, the AC very noisy, only the functioning bathroom made it viable. The staff was nice, but the residents did not give a good impression. All in all, never want to go there again.

Hotel was completely run-down. Sheets were stained, bathroom door was warped and cracked. On top of that, despite listing and advertising free coffee, it was not available "due to COVID." Every other hotel I've stayed at has managed to continue coffee service, plus it's been over two years, so they could change the listing to remove the free coffee if it's a really a COVID problem. False advertising

This was the worst stay in a hotel !!! First of all it was not clearly marked as a Motel 6, only from one side ! Second it was very small and rundown. The bathroom was so small I had to turn sideways to use the toilet. I used to do chambermaiding in hotels and every single one wheather it was a 5 star or 3 star hotel had a comforter on the bed. NOT this place ! If I could give it 0 stars I would..I also found cockroaches!!! The worst type of critter to find in a room... I will NEVER stay at that hotel or recommend it to anyone.

Nice, clean hotel overall. I had an issue with my thermostat was not working well. It wasn’t putting out heat. Also, the tv connection was in and out.
