“Nice hotel”
Nice clean hotel. Pool & hot tub were warm and inviting. Staff was great, room was clean. We stayed one night for an athletic competion in the area. We will use this hotel again next year when we return.
“Would definitely recommend”
Rooms were modern and clean-but bathroom was a bit tight. Loved that it had a small fridge. Not impressed with the restaurant service or food. Front desk service was outstanding, including the shuttle to and from the train station. Definitely would stay again.

This hotel is the ultimate in comfort, pricing and geographic location for Baltimore, Virginia and Washington D.C...
“Very nice hotel”
The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative is that the restaurants and room service were very expensive, but seemed typical for the type of hotel.

I was very impressed with the Marriott Greenbelt! FIrst, its proximity to where I needed to be (FedEx field) was great--just a 15 minute ride. If needed, they provide a shuttle to the Metro station if you wish to go into DC. The hotel is gorgeous! Starbucks in the lobby is a plus! 2 swimming pools (one in, one out), a great bar area and the restaurant had an incredible breakfast buffet! The room was so comfortable--including the bed (which impressed me). I could not find one thing to complain about! We got in late from the game and wanted room service and despite being close to the cut-off time, they honored our request! (the food was great too!) I will definitely book here again the next time we're in MD/DC area!
“Best breakfast I've encountered in my travels”
Staff was friendly and attentive, room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was convenient to metro stop, and breakfast was excellent with omelettes made to order along with fresh waffles with strawberries. Only glitch was the hot tub was not working, but the sauna made up for it. Would stay again if in the Washington area.
“My favorite place to stay”
The staff at Mariott Greenbelt makes the stay even more pleasant. They are always happy, courteous and willing to go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommended!
“Good Hotel near U of Maryland”
The beds were very comfy, with lots of pillows nice sheets. great flat-screen tv, safe in closet, good sized room, decent bath w/marble counter and enough space for cosmetics
“Excellent Base to explore DC”
Modern hotel set on a business park. Hotel has ample parking and operates a free shuttle to the nearby Metro station which is very convenient. Very high quality of staff service here from reception to housekeeping. Rooms are very nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Leisure facilities are good and staffed by lifeguard. Breakfast buffet was very good value for money with a cook to order option. Two small negatives - you need to drive to shops or restaurants as there are none near by - and the heavily promoted Starbucks in the lobby only opens from 9am to Noon which was a bit disappointing. Overall a very enjoyable and comfortable stay and would definately stay there again if we were in the area.
