très bon hôtel. Bien situé si vous comptez aller dans un des musées Smithsonian. Distance à pied raisonnable du monument de Washington et de la maison Blanche.

Très grand hôtel, on a un peu l’impression d’être dans usine à touristes. Accueil standard, neutre. Chambre décor classique, sale de bain un peu vieillissante, mais c’est propre et en règle générale irréprochable. Le resto sur place mais allez-y seulement si vous avez pas une autre option. Stationnement assez pratique au sous sol, payant à part ou en supplément dans la réservation (revient moins cher) La literie par contre était extraordinaire ! Très douce et confortable ! Attention un dépôt sera pris sur votre carte de crédit alors que ce n’est pas dans les informations qu’on vous donne à l’accueil. On a pas pu tester la piscine - elle ferme à 20h et ouvre à midi ! Dommage, on a réservé là pour pouvoir se baigner le soir après la journée de visite en ville…

Visite en famille à Washington. L’hôtel est merveilleusement situé, près de toutes les attractions à visiter. On avait des craintes par rapport au bruit du train mais c’était très acceptable. Tout se fait à pied à partir de là, mais les vélos et les trottinettes électriques sont aussi un excellent moyen de transport

Oui mais...
Ménage seulement sur demande, ce que vous ignorions, personne ne nous a prévenu et en rentrant le second jour nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de le découvrir. Ventilateur bruyant toute la nuit, impossible de le couper malgré la clim éteinte. Bien situé, à proximité du mall. Eau de la piscine sale.

Hotel correct sans plus. Situé près du mall mais dans un quartier d'affaires donc aucun restaurant autour, faire 15 minutes à pied ou prendre le métro à 5 min à pied. Hotel vieillissant, climatisation bruyante. Pas de ménage dans la chambre sauf sur demande.

Le personnel edt accueillant, la chambre est propre. Nous dommed tres proches du capitol, des lusees et des attractions historiques, maison blanche ,obélisque....pizzeria Starbucks sont a deux pas de l'hôtel. Tres très bien je recommande.

Hôtel dans une zone très calme. Chambre et sdb très spacieuses et propre. Mauvaise insonorisation entre les chambres et notre chambre au 9eme et la salle de sport. Grande salle de sport bien équipée. Bon rapport qualité-prix, merci!

Problème de langue
Très bon séjour à l’hôtel, mais quel dommage que nous ne pouvions nous faire comprendre ! En effet une seule personne parlait le Français ! C'était très décevant....pour un hôtel de cette qualité j'avoue que j'ai été déçue. Toutefois le personnel était charmant !

Service excellent! Personnel très accueillant et courtois. Bel hôtel très propre et super bien situé pour découvrir Washington. Chambre bien équipée avec petit frigo, bureau, etc. Par contre, il était mentionné chambre pour 3 personnes et ce n’était pas le cas. Stationnement non inclus et vraiment dispendieux. Piscine très désagréable car petite et malgré la surveillance des jeunes plongeaient (ce qui était également très dangereux en plus d’être désagréable).

Our room was dirty. Hair all over the bathroom floor, room floor appeared as though it had not been vacuumed in some time. Overall condition of the room was run down and dirty. Location was excellent to accommodate our agenda to tour the national mall and other sites.

Very convenient to the Capitol/Mall area. Located pretty close to Air & Space. McDonald’s just outside the property if you need a quick bite. Hotel was nice and we enjoyed it.

The stay was great once I was reassigned to another room. My initial room was on 3rd floor and had an extremely strong mildew odor. The front desk was understanding, apologized and assigned me another room in 5th floor. I had no complaints after that. Parking garage was convenient and I love that there’s a Starbucks attached to hotel lobby. I would definitely stay there again!

This was my second visit to this hotel, mainly because of its proximity to the museums. However, during check-in, there was a delay of an hour due to the rooms not being cleaned yet. My booking agent tried to reach them multiple times, but they never answered the calls.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great - just a couple of blocks from the Mall. It was great to have a Starbucks in the lobby. Rooms were ok, not dirty but just a bit outdated. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Overall, a pretty good stay.
