“Great stay”

Room and breakfast were fine (although some Hampton Inns have cut fruit segments at breakfast and this one didn't the day we stayed). The only downside is that there weren't many restaurants you could safely walk to after a long day's drive.

“What an amazing staff!”

The staff at Hampton Inn, Washington was incredible. We were having a great stay during our Fourth of July week visit (very clean rooms, excellent breakfast...well, done, Angela!) and then we received news of a death in the family and had to leave one day early. The management and staff were so amazing during a tough time. They were genuinely concerned for us and were truly sympathetic. Our family was blessed by all of them...Drea, Michelle and everyone else we encountered. Thank you for being so great during a difficult time.

My stay at this hotel was for business. The staff that I had dealings with were all very nice. There was a woman that was down by the complimentary breakfast area every morning making sure everyone got everything they needed. She was so nice and made sure no one left the hotel without something in their hands for a snack. The bed was so comfortable too! Love their beds. I would definately stay there again.

“Clean, nice hotel”

We were travelling to Pittsburgh for the AFC Championship game and all the hotels in the city were booked up. We decided to stay in Washington, PA and chose Hampton Inn because they are usually clean and nice. The staff was very accommodating to us needing to check in a couple of hours before the regular check in time. The room was very nice and clean and was right on the main state route so it was a breeze to drive right into Pgh for the game and right back to the hotel after. Nice breakfast the next morning to round out the stay. We would definitely stay there again.

“Great place for a stay over!!!”

We stayed here on our way to North Carolina. It was literally a minute from the interstate, and the beds were very comfortable. However, I was expecting 2 queens, not 2 twins, so with myself and my 4 year old it was a bit crowded... the breakfast was just what we needed before we headed out onto the road! The staff were great. Everything was clean and updated. A definitel do-over on our next trip to the South!!!

“Hampton Inn-Washington, PA”

I love staying at Hampton Inn when I travel. Always a consistent experience with staff, facilities, great breakfast!, easy wireless access. Only one issue with the one-way exit from the parking lot here. Minor detail....but let your guests know the best way to navigate it. I will be back in a few months.

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening (around 10pm). The hotel staff were pleasant and efficient. We did have some issues with being unable to unlock our door. After several trips to the front desk we ended up being given an upgrade for the same price as the previous room. The staff member couldn't have been more professional and understanding (she knew we were tired from all day traveling). The breakfast the next morning was just what we needed before we headed back out for another few hours of traveling.
