“Grand Hyatt - a GRAND Hotel.”

The hotel was very clean, and the staff very helpful and friendly. The only drawback was when we got ready to check out, we had to wait about 15 minutes for an elevator that was not full for us to go down. We had requested connecting rooms, which they did not have for us, but did put us next to one another. The buffet could have a few more items added to it, but all in all it was good. A great place to eat right across the street, Cap City brewery. Food was great as was the service, and the prices were reasonable.

“Grand Hyatt Hotel in Washington”

Excellent hotel. Breakfast is pricey. It is always interesting to me that cheaper hotels in the periphery charging way less can provide at least free internet. This is not a criticism of this particular hotel - but the overall business. My kids room had a plasma TV, our room had an old small Panasonic TV - check with receptionist if you care about this type of detail - I would expect the rooms to be uniform.

Fancy Hotel at great prices and perfect location. Get the Old Town Trolley in front of the hotel. Close to MCI Arena and restaurants.

“The Grand Hyatt is GRAND!”

The Grand Hyatt deserves its name! Upon walking in we were floored by the sheer size and beauty of the lobby and atrium. The hotel was very busy, but the staff were helpful and quick to check us in. Our room was nicely appointed and the size was quite large for a standard room - as was the large bathroom. We actually tried each restaurant for at least a drink during our stay, and each had a great staff and delicious food. Best of all was the location - you can walk everywhere! It was just a few minutes walk to any of the museums and great restaurants are even closer. It was lovely to feel so cosmopolitan at such a bargain price. We highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay there on our next trip to the capital!

Wonderful service, reasonably priced. Great fun for the kids: indoor & outdoor pools, kiddie pool and playground. Very comfortable rooms.

Employees of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Pool was small, infact you need to make a resveration to use the pool. Our only real complaint was the hotel's smelly soap and toiletries.

This hotel is so convenient...close to the Metro. Walkable to main attractions. Clean and comfortable accomodations. Friendly and help staff. Fast service. Needs a better pool facility but were so busy exploring the city that we didn't mind too much. Try the great FroYo place behind the hotel....mmmm. Can't wait to go back for another stay.
