“Would absolutely stay again!”
Lovely in an old-school way. And everyone was very helpful, especially as we've never been to D.C. before.

“Elegant downtown hotel”
Very elegant hotel in downtown DC with a good restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. It was far more elegant than I had expected, staff was really nice and the room was great. Nice bathroom with good shower, very comfortable beds, plenty of space etc. Would stay there again. What was missing is complimentary WiFi - I don't see why I am supposed to pay extra for that. It's really a small thing and should just be included in any hotel.
“Worth the trip!”
The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel was very convenient to the metro, local restaurants and the monuments. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. I would definitely stay again.

Fab location close to major attractions. Good food - restaurant and room service was great. Anna the concierge was a fantastic help, very knowledgable.
“Good for Family”
I visit Washington DC a couple times a year. I always stay here. It is a convenient distance from all of the Washington sites. The staff is always pleasant and as a Starbucks guru I'm happy to report there is a store attached to the hotel. The hotel is next to a park that becomes a home for the homeless, but you can easily avoid the park by just walking on the sidewalk with everyone else. Some of the rooms on the front of the building can be loud because of traffic. Maybe avoid a room with two windows to prevent this. I have stayed by myself and I've also stayed with my wife and three kids. Good times. Enjoy DC.

The Staff at the Crowne Plaza Hamilton was more than helpful. The Hotel was nice and clean, rather quite beautiful. The restaurant was excelent with the adjoining Bar. We sat out on the patio for evening dinning which was perfect! I would stay at the Crowne Plaza Hamilton again!
“Great Classic hotel service in a busy section of town”
The beautiful and historic Hamilton Crowne Plaza boasts great service, from the concierge, desk staff, and restaurant waiters, to the maids. The rooms and elevators are small, but the hotel was built in the 1920s, and keeps its historic charm. Because it's in the heart of a busy section of town, there's some noise even late at night, but the hotel provides ear plugs! And for those who like the excitement of a bustling city's nightlife, you won't mind. A metro stop and buses are within a block, and taxis are abundant, but walkers (like me) will find it easy and enjoyable to walk to museums and attractions (including the National Mall, Smithsonian museums, Ford's Theatre, and the great Old Ebbitt Grill. We could see the Washington Monument from our 8th floor window.
