“Will stay when we plan a trip back to visit D.C.”
The room was very nice although I coulnd't get the temperature where I wanted it. The staff was very nice and helpful. Lobby and lunge area is nice to sit and relax in. The pool is small, but functional. After walking around all day a hot tub would have been nice. Metro right next door was great and reached all of the museums within 10 mins. I hightly recomend this hotel.
“Loved My Stay”
The location was great, the train stop New York Ave is one stop away from Union Station where my bus from NY arrived/departed from. Right next door is 7 Eleven, Au Bon Pain and across the street a Five Guys and Pita Store. The service was awesome and the hotel was very clean. I loved my stay and would continue to stay at this location for my future trips to D.C.
“Great place on Metro Train line will save you a bundle!”
If you are looking for a hotel to get to "ALL" the attractions in DC then this is the place to stay. It sits on top of the Metro line at the New York stop. We landed at Reagan airport and easily found the Metro Line. We picked up 2 (you have to have separate) passes for a about $20 each which gave us unlimited rides in the local area anytime for a week. This was by far the best bargain. When you get your passes, you put them in and they shoot the passes right back to you. You use them when you get on and exit the train platforms. There is no way to describe how easy the Metro system was to use. Each car had a large map to help in case you get concerned. There is even a free "app" for your smartphone. The only thing you need to know is which direction you are going. The trains are identified by color and the "end of the line" stop. We bounced all over the city and never waited more that a couple minutes for a train. Union Staion is on the line and they tons of places to eat on several levels. We especially liked the food court and UNOs pizza. Also from Union Station you can catch all the tour buses. Anyway, the hotel neighborhood is OK, but not great, but we came to see DC, not the hotel neighborhood. As you walk out the train station you are only a few step from the hotel. You don't even have to cross the street!

“Great Location, Decent sized room”
I really enjoyed the fact that we could walk out of the hotel and go 50 feet and the Metro station was right there. The staff at the hotel were all extremely courteous and always ready to help. Our room was the king with the sofa sleeper. It was large enough for the two of us, but I wouldn't put three people in the room for any amount of time. Excellent hotel, great price.
“Great, Affordable, and Convenient Hotel”
I was visiting DC to do a campus tour for law school with my mother. The hotel was perfect! Its one stop on the metro from Union Station and when you walk out of the metro station the hotel is right there, which was really great because we had bags. Check-in time is 3pm but we arrived at about 1:30p and they were happy to allow us to check-in early. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were comfy. I really liked the comtemporary decor of the rooms. Overall, the hotel was great, especially for the price and was conveniently located.

The hotel was great and located in a good area. The metro stop is just around the corner. You can take it to practically anywhere in the city. There is so much to see and in walking distance. I greatly enjoyed my stay in Washingrton D.C. and would reccommend it to anyone.

“FOOD”
ONLY FAST FOOD WAS NEAR THE HOTEL THE FOOD SERVICE AT THE HOTEL WAS SLOW BUT WAS GOOD. HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN.
“Super Convenient location right next to the Metro”
This hotel's furnishings are new and modern. Everything is clean and fresh. The room has not just a comfy bed but a couch and a desk too! Plus, it is located directly adjacent to the metro station. This makes travel into downtown and the Mall very simple. It was easy to make this hotel my sightseeing home base.
